Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Our goal is to leave each customer with the certainty they made the right choice buying from us.

Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. However, we will be a coast-to-coast retailer with a difference: we will still offer each customer that same personalized advice and unique in-store experience. We will do this by maintaining the exemplary level of training each sales associate receives; we will do this by ensuring every member of the CAS team shares our values of respect, responsibility, and commitment to customer satisfaction. We know that buying major household appliances can feel like a big commitment, and there’s often a lot of confusion or outdated information online regarding return terms and hidden fees with Canadian Appliance Source.

Based on our recent video update (you can reference the file named "Official Canadian Appliance Source Return Policy 60-Day Returns & ZERO Restocking Fees"), we want to clear the air and lay out our Return Policy as simply and directly as possible so you can shop with complete peace of mind.

The Core Return Terms for Unused Items

- 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

- $0 Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

- Original Packaging Requirement: To qualify for this standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.

How to Process a Return

- Keep Your Packaging (For Standard Returns): If you simply changed your mind, ensure the appliance remains in its original box/packaging.

- Initiate the Return: Reach out to our rCanadian Appliance Source Returns Portal - https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns or customer Service within the 60-day window (or immediately if your item arrived damaged/defective, Do not plug in or use it) and we shall process your return accordingly.

What If Your Product is Damaged or Defective?

We want to make sure that you are fully aware that if your product arrives damaged or is not working, the standard policy rules above do not apply to you.

If you receive a defective or damaged appliance, you are completely exempt from the standard return restrictions; you have 48 hours from the day of delivery to report any damage or any issue with your appliance on our dedicated online support for returns at https://www.canadianappliance.ca/returns

Appliances for New House

This was my second time to order appliances from CAS. I like the convenience of sourcing all these items from one place and at very competitive prices.
It was a pleasant experience working with Kelly Zakharias, who addressed all my concerns and I was able to get the best deal.

Great Customer Service

Needed help getting an invoice for insurance purposes and a customer service representative named Diresh was very helpful and quickly sent over the required information.

Impressive!

We were very impressed with the experience. The new store is bright and clean, and our salesperson, Persis, handled everything with ease, and even when e called to upgrade models, it all went smoothly. The appliances were delivered today, and we were impressed with the care taken. Bravo!

Freezer

Needed a freezer ASAP as ours had quit. The online personnel were friendly and very helpful. Within 15 minutes I had selected the freezer and picked it up later that day.

Pick up dates are not correct.

They are helpful in determining which appliances are avaialble and can provide pricing and expected delivery / pick up dates, but when they give you a date for pick up and then go to pick it up, it is not there. I had to wait two extra days before my appliances were ready for pick up.

I am sorry to learn about your experience.

Please note that we have warehouses where most of the stock is stored and we have pickup locations where appliances to be picked up are shipped to make it available for the customer.

As per our records, the appliances are now at the Edmonton pickup location and can be picked up.

Adam was the best salesman we could have had!

Adam helped me with my recent full-kitchen appliance purchase, gave us the options, the prices, the warranty without any hassle. Straight and to the point, didn’t try to sell us on anything, just gave us the details on what we were looking for. Would highly recommend him at the Windsor location.

Great customer experience Windsor store

From stepping into the store, to picking up my appliance was an absolute pleasure. I was warmly greeted. The show room is stocked with appliances. If it's not displayed on the show room floor the CAS website probably has it. The sales rep was very helpful in finding exactly what I was looking for. He ordered it, gave me pickup date and I picked it up on that date. I am very impressed with all the staff in the CAS store in Windsor, they treated me the customer like family.
