We received our washer/dryer that…Avoid this company!
We received our washer/dryer that didn't work. When we called, they wouldn't replace the machines but made us go through the warranty to have it serviced. They didn't handle that for us but rather made us call. When the repairman came he fixed the machine but then informed us that it had been hooked up wrong. He fixed a sensor but informed my husband that the cold water and hot water hoses were crossed and the drain hose was too far into the drain. He did not fix that but informed my husband that he should fix those two things. Worst service we have ever had. Would never do business with this company again.

As the retailer, CAS does not manufacture the appliances we sell. Functional issues that arise after delivery are covered under the manufacturer's warranty, and it is the manufacturer's responsibility to diagnose and resolve those concerns.
That said, we understand that navigating the warranty process can sometimes be frustrating. If you've had difficulty working with GE or feel your concerns have not been addressed, please don't hesitate to reach out to our After Sales team. We'd be happy to review your case, escalate it with the manufacturer on your behalf if appropriate, and do everything we can to help facilitate a resolution.

DO NOT BUY FROM CANADIAN APPLIANCE SOURCE
I have spent over $10,000 with Canadian Appliance Source and this has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
CAS delivered a Samsung cooktop missing the installation parts required to install it properly. What should have been a simple issue of replacing the missing parts has now dragged on for more than six weeks with absolutely no resolution.
Rather than taking ownership and solving the problem, CAS continues to bounce me back and forth between themselves and Samsung. Every interaction results in another escalation, another handoff, and another excuse. Meanwhile, I am still waiting for the parts that should have been included with the product in the first place.
The most frustrating part is CAS's insistence that I need the original box in order to exchange the unit. The packaging was removed and disposed of by my contractor during installation, which is completely normal. I have provided the model and serial number information including 1 picture of the box, but CAS continues to hide behind policy rather than helping a customer who received an incomplete product.
Save yourself the frustration and buy elsewhere.

My sales representative and delivery service/installation
My sales representative, Mike Cole, was excellent. He understood my needs and educated me on the new appliances I was interested in, both the upside and the downsides of each (I bought 5 from him). There was never any pressure, and I felt totally comfortable with his recommendations based on my needs. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The delivery of my appliances was very fast, and the delivery men/installers (Kevin and his coworker) were both excellent as well. My appliances wouldn't fit in my laundry room or my kitchen, so they removed a door and my refrigerator so they would fit. Never a complaint. They were both patient and very accommodating. I couldn't have asked for more. Overall, a very positive experience!

Lack of customer service
Initially the customer service was good. The delivery personnel were helpful and personable. However my fridge stopped working after they left. I called the sales person and left a message explaining what occurred. I NEVER received a call back. And it is almost a week. I engaged a handy man and he was able to balance the appliance and it is now working. I am dismayed that the customer service from the sales personnrndef the minute I paid for my purchase
