Love my new fridge
We liked the display on the floor where we could see many of our options. We discussed our choices with a salesman who, by the time we had made our choices, had been "let go". Luckily we received all our asks. The next day when we went to pick it up the warehouse
staff were very helpful to get our new fridge loaded.

Appliance was ready for pickup in 24 hours. No other retailer offers availability that quickly (that I know of).

Was not allowed to pay over the phone.
Bought a fridge from the clearance section of the Surrey store. Because I live a four hour trip away from the store, I wanted to pay for the appliance over the phone and have it delivered, but the store would not allow me to do that.They insisted I had to pay in person so I had to travel for 8 hours (round trip) to go pay for the fridge in person, which added over $200 ( including a ferry ride) to the cost of the appliance. (The fridge itself is fine.)

So far I am still waiting for my refund you said that the refund was made on July 18th and would take 7 days to see it show up on my statement!

I did not receive the delivery window…
I did not receive the delivery window the day before, had to shorten my trip out to our farm in Lumby this past Sunday so I did not miss the delivery. On the day of delivery the real time delivery tracking did not work. Found the delivery exercise quite frustrating.

When we brought the refrigerator home…
When we brought the refrigerator home and unwrapped in one of the rear wheels wants screwed in. Rather it was just set in the spot. I called less than 30 mins after picking up the product and was told sorry nothing we can do and put me thru to whirlpool. The service was horrible. Furthermore the refrigerator is missing to side adjustable shelves. Which they didn’t even bother listening to about.
