Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Ordered a washer and dryer combo
Ordered a washer and dryer combo. The price was great and the service and knowledge when ordering was fantastic. 2 day delivery and installation. All great. After the installation was done, first time trying the washed created a flood. Back hall flooded, into the vents, flooded down into the basement. Trying to get ahold of someone in a hurry was not possible. When we finally did, they offered someone to come fix it in 2 days, and a form for damages. No same day accountability. Absolutely unacceptable.

Very good price, availability and quick careful delivery. Only issue is that had to pay extra rush delivery premium even though when I ordered that day was not considered a rush delivery. 30$ extra. Delivery otherwise free.

We dealt with the same salesman who sold us a dishwasher two years earlier. We were happy then and we are happy with our newest purchase although we are having to adjust to the new layout. We are also very happy with the price; we feel like we got a bargain.

Easy going sales experience
What I liked was the sales person allowed me and my girlfriend to look around the store for awhile before we needed to ask questions about the different appliances CAS has.
Because of that we ended up changing our minds a few times while looking around the store and ultimately we got what we really needed.
Very happy with the in-store service, delivery service and the removal of the old appliances.
