Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. Amazing delivery experience
Purchase online was pretty simple (although the website is from another decade). 40 hours later the washer was delivered, installed, and working - with the old one already taken away. Delivery, unboxing, situating in the basement after the removal of the old beast, hookup, and initial testing was less than 15 mins. These guys were pros.
And they didn't deliver when they said... They were maybe 10 minutes EARLY.
Could not be happier.

We were very impressed with the service we received from CAS. Sree helped us with the original purchase. He was very helpful and asked all the right questions. The process of arranging delivery and gas hook up was very efficient. Nonetheless, we realized seemingly too late, that we ordered the wrong model. We were able to cancel delivery and returned to the store to buy the correct dual fuel model. Shane assisted us since Sree was off, and, again, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Within a few days we had our new stove working and a full refund confirmed. On the whole, CAS deserves the highest rating and our strong recommendation.
