Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Our goal is to leave each customer with the certainty they made the right choice buying from us.
Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. However, we will be a coast-to-coast retailer with a difference: we will still offer each customer that same personalized advice and unique in-store experience. Don’t buy anything from before you shop around
CAS is a very ignorant company, Before you order anything from them you should take their courses about how to and when to order anything from them. Because you are dumb in their eyes they gladly take orders on anything which they don’t have and happily take your money for the item which may have on stock in a couple months. I ordered a gas fired dryer from them I paid for the item then I find out they will have that item in a month from now when I was complaining about that they offered me several dryers which they had on stock. So I paid a bit more money to them and I get item delivery to me which was seem less professional and fast.

The personnel who delivered and installed our refrigerator were excellent!
I was told a replacement for a damaged part would be sent to me, but without contacting me this was changed to someone coming to my house to replace the part. I had to cancel the latter and arrange again for the former.

We purchased a Samsung Fridge on…
We purchased a Samsung Fridge on Thursday August 20, for delivery on Monday August 24. On Monday morning prior to delivery, the CAS website showed the price to be $290 less than what we paid. When we received no return phone calls when messages were left, my wife went in to speak to the sales person. He was busy , but my wife was told the company would not provide any refund or issue a store credit. We should have been informed on the 20th that there would be a sale on our fridge the following week & we would have waited. We will not purchase from them again.

Our freezer broke and stores had none in stock. CAS did, at a competitive price, and delivered it in 5 days. Sales rep Tamin was great. Delivery men were quick and took our old freezer as well. Everything went smoothly. I love my new freezer!
