We ordered a washing machine and were told it wouldn't be in until the following week but for the first time ever the machine was in early. The person who I delt with over the phone was absolutely amazing. Thank you we will be doing business with you again.

Brand new dryer won't heat up
I received my dryer this morning and paid for the delivery and set up. Everything went well until I tired to use the dryer (same day).
The dryer isn't heating up. I contacted the store to let them know of the issue and all they did was send me a form to fill out and told me I would have to wait two days to get a response.
This is terrible customer service.

Install was quick but leaking
Install was quick and efficient they took our old ones no questions. Only issue they didn't tighten the hot union so it was leaking I had to use a wrench to tighten it. Other than that was great.

Kitchener store was a joke and insult where price matching meant increasing price compared to Home Depot. Guelph was awesome, complete opposite experience (recommended). Delivery guys were awesome, efficient, and funny with the songs

Great Service and Knowledgeable
The gentleman who served us named Happy was very friendly and helpful. He was able to answer all of our questions and make the process as smooth as possible for our new washer and dryer. He was very knowledgeable about the various brands and helped us make the best decisions to fit our needs.
