The salesperson did not inform me of their return policy, which requires a 25% restocking fee. I feel I was distracted by the policy he did tell me, which was I had 48 hours to return it if it had any damages. When I picked up my appliance at the warehouse, the attendant also reiterated that policy but didn't tell me of the actual return policy. In addition, this policy is not on the release form that I signed to get my appliance. Also, this is the second appliance I have purchased from CAS. The first salesman also did not inform me of the return policy. When I picked up that appliance, the attendant also did not mention the return policy, rather, again they both brought the 48 hours to return if damaged policy to my attention. Because it involves such a steep surcharge, and because there is consistent non disclosure of their policy, I consider this to be a deceptive practice. I would not have proceeded with either purchase if I had known. I can't afford to pay them 25% to take back their product. It's truly unethical.

Great experience and didn’t even need to go in stores. Sent and email in the evening and got a reply in the morning. Delivery next day. Great deal on the fridge I’ve been wanting. Friendly service and delivery went over and beyond to make it work.

Our sales fellow Happy was amazing and informative. The delivery team not so great. They came in like bulldozers mentioning they had 17 deliveries to do that day, broke the glass in a pic 25 x 29 and didn't like that we wrote on the form about the damage and submitted a claim form. We have now found damage to the laundry travertine floor in the laundry room. Not impressed.

I'm extremely unhappy, disappointed and dissatisfied with the installation that the guys did with washer and dryer. When I run my dryer for 1st time, it displayed a message saying 80% duct blockage. When I went to repair it, there was a big piece of instruction paper that was left behind inside the dryer duct that the delivery/installation guys didn't remove! This is very unprofessional of the guys! It would have been a major cause of fire had I not noticed this! I would never recommend CAS or installation service from CAS for this very reason! It would be great if CAS can compensate in any way! This was a very stressful experience for me.

The staff were very professional and knowledgeable. Excellent service.

It was amazing, we were greeted as we walked in. We were informed about the appliances we were looking for, All Raza then let us look at the washers and dryers, making sure to let him know if there were any questions.
When we decided what we wanted, he offered us coffee, he did the paperwork. All Raza asked me when I would like delivery. I let him know and he set it up.
It was wonderful.
I will certainly let friends and family know it was a great shopping and the prices were excellent.

Happy our sales person was very knowledgeable. We were also delighted to have our refrigerator delivered so promptly.

I do like the competitive price. I do not like that I had to coordinate the installation. It went wrong immediately as I was only charged a deposit and the company would not release the dishwasher. I assumed that I would just be charged the rest when the Quicktask picked it up. Now there is a problem the first time I used the dishwasher and I don’t know whether to contact the installer or seller. I would be willing to pay for one stop shopping, I want to deal with one person only.

I keep coming back because Happy Patel is the most responsive I’ve ever dealt with. I send an email, I get a call in 5 min. Short. To the point. Makes the sale and calls it a day. Just the Way I like it.

I was provided with expert guidance when choosing the appropriate fridge. The fridge was delivered quickly. The old fridge was removed efficiently. Great work by the sales person and the delivery guys.
