Forced to take damaged item
The salesperson was great. The delivery people were terrible. Before allowing me to inspect the new range they purposely destroyed the old range by cutting the wires on it so it was no longer usable. I subsequently found a small chip and did not want the new range. The delivery and dispatch told me I either had to accept the damaged item or be without a stove until they could deliver another which was days later. This is a completely unreasonable policy given the destruction of the old stove was not an accident. Take responsibility of your actions and own up to it. I asked them to leave the new range until they could deliver a new one and it was a flat “no”. This was entirely their negligence. I was given monetary compensation however that is not the point. I’m still any and feel like I was scammed.

Overall good experience, disappointed in the delivery system, ordered online and it said it will be delivered by Tuesday, I heard nothing, phone and they tell me I need to call to set up a delivery day.

Viewing product dimensions wasn't that…
Viewing product dimensions wasn't that easy to find which resulted in items dimensions being smaller than what we thought we were getting. Would be helpful if item dimensions were revealed and printed at time of sale.
Blemish on inside roof of fridge should have been caught when manufactured. Now I have to submit a claim if I want this rectified.
Delivery was on time.

The sales part was fantastic
The sales part was fantastic. The delivery guys were horrible. I was not home. They told my girlfriend they couldn’t get the hose connections on. Leaving the washer in the middle of the floor, they left rather rudely.
They said they had a hard time turning off the hot water tap. They asked my gf to turn off the main. Once it was off they took off the hose, letting all the water downstream of the main to splash all over the floor.
I got home and put the hose on with extreme ease. I have half a thumb and was able to put it on with zero leaks when I turned to tap on.
The delivery guys being rude to my girlfriend and frankly, being lazy has put a dark cloud over this whole experience.
I was able to take to hot hose off and put back on since we didn’t receive new hoses. I used my hand to remove the hot water hose. Strange they they were not able to.

Your delivery service cost you a sale and I will no further purchase from Canadian Appliances
The estimated delivery for my dryer was 5:30PM to 8:30PM. I figured this to be odd and not during normal hours but by 8:30 at the latest I would deal with it.
At 9:30PM there was still 2 or more stops and this would be about 10:30pm or later to take delivery of my dryer.
I attempted to cancel the delivery. but when I selected and clicked on the cancel button there was a pop up saying it could not be canceled!
This would be causing problems waking my family at this time, not to mention a delivery truck in my neighborhood waking people and children.
At 10:28PM I received a text advising I was next to have the delievery.
10:43PM I texted back asking when to expect them to show up. I got a text telling me there was no one to deal with the text!
I stayed up till 12:30 AM waiting and no delivery showed.
I phoned the sales person and had my order canceled the next day!
Purchased another from Costco and installed myself for about 100+ less with a 5 year extended warranty.
As far as Canadian Appliances - what a dumpster fire!

Disappointed
Our sales person AP Rattal was very good, but one day we walked in and AP Rattal was busy so we walked across the rugged part to wait for him by his desk. Well there where about three other sales people that got very perturbed by me walking through that area. I assure you if these people worked for me I would fire them all but AP Rattal was was very good as I said before. I bought three appliance for just under 5000.00 dollars and I do not understand there stupidity. I wish you do something constructive with my review.

Na Totally different service quality…
Na Totally different service quality than what they boast about free delivery na said hey you will have to pickup after a week i was paying with flexiti which they offer as payment method but they said they dont flexiti so once they get paid from flexiti only then i can pickup which will not 1-2 days but a whole week after. Having a 50000 sq ft store but we dont keep appliances in stock have to get them from other city and you will have to pickup from different part of city. Wish i never steped in there store.

Regarding your inquiry about picking up items in a different city, while we have multiple store locations across Canada, our appliances are held at a main distribution center.
Some of our stores can accommodate local pickups, but this requires a transfer from the distribution center to that specific location.

AP was the guy helped me out to find best solution for my mobile house. He was not only kind but had expert knowledge to explain in detail so I could decide what to go with.
It only took me 30mins to buy LG range and dishwasher with best deal which I did not know.
Overall I felt very lucky to meet AP and will visit again for my next purchase.
