Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. However, we will be a coast-to-coast retailer with a difference: we will still offer each customer that same personalized advice and unique in-store experience. Excellent in every way
We bought online but our sales rep Rajat was fantastic. He was very helpful, quick to respond to our questions. He was also patient and helpful with our lack of technical skills which was most appreciated as seniors.
Prices were comparable to other places but we saved a lot considering that everything was included, free delivery, removal of old appliances and free hoses etc
Communication and service was excellent from purchase to delivery.
I would highly recommend CAS and Rajat to anyone looking for appliances

I bought a beverage centre refrigerator over the phone was told it would be ready for pick up on a Thursday so I drove across Edmonton to the location to find it was not there. They did take care of things by delivering it to my house free of charge. I just know I will only deal with Sumit from now on. He is a 5 star

Very poor and questionable
Very poor and questionable after service! Requested an exchange on a range that did not meet my requirements. The one that did cost $20 less. I understand the $150 restocking fee and have no problem with that. It is the “ creative accounting” demanding over $1000 for a stove I have basically already paid for! There is a scam going on here!
Interesting I just received their comment but I have an e mail from them stating and I quote “Your balance due before booking: $1,075.20” . Not sure how I could have misunderstood.
