Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Whether online or in-store, CAS customers receive knowledgeable advice, expert service, and quality appliances at exceptional prices. Our goal is to leave each customer with the certainty they made the right choice buying from us.
Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. However, we will be a coast-to-coast retailer with a difference: we will still offer each customer that same personalized advice and unique in-store experience. Sales girl was knowledgeable and helpful. Our washer quit and we needed one without weeks of waiting. It was delivered in three days. They took the old washer and set up the new one. Happy!! We are all set.

Two misunderstandings. But very pleased with procedure
All was good although there were two things I don't recall being told. 1/ the cost of removing the packaging by the delivery service to the charge of 8 dollars. Which I would have agreed to pay. 2/ Although minor to me was to pay the full amount on the stove. Initially I was told I could put a down payment and once the stove arrived at CAS location I was to pay out the balance before delivery. I am happy with the product and in future when I need any other appliance I will be contact CAS.

Our experience in the store was great, our salesperson listened to what we wanted in a fridge and showed us several options to choose from. We had it delivered and set up and the two men were on time and very polite. Would recommend shopping here for appliances.

Dishwasher was delivered as stated, when we purchased it and installation the same. Installer knew what he was doing, and the dishwasher was installed in 10-15 minutes. Nice , friendly person. Cleaned up also. Great customer service.
