Bought brand new washer and dryer
Bought brand new washer and dryer. In discussing the size of the washer I was told it can handle set of queen sheets. The third load I washed was IKEA thin cotton queen duvet. When it came to the spin cycle the machine banged and walked and would have damaged bi fold door if they were closed. I hung the wet duvet up to drip dry. This morning I washed a child’s small blanket with a towel to balance the load. Same thing. I called Whirlpool and they said I have to be home from work four hour window for repair. I live 5 minutes from work but their repair people won’t call ahead. I called Canadian appliance and the said that they just sell appliances and I now have to deal with Whirlpool. I just finished replacing the near new Whirlpool stove a week after I got the washer. No more Whirlpool for me. I’ll buy Costco from now on. They will pick up defective products and replace.

After confirming the price on the phone with a salesperson, we were instructed to be at the store sooner than later in case the price changed. However, when we arrived at the store as soon as we could, the salesperson saw us and was on the phone for a long time.

The brand-New Fridge made abnormal very loud noisy sounds more than 10 times every day from installation date last Sat. Sounds Like under construction drilling noisy. Very Scary. Installation Guys just been here on Thursday and checked it again. Still keep happening after they left. There must be something wrong for the fridge. please replace another new one asap. Very annoy and frustrating every day. Tried to contact with customer service but it takes so long to get feedback. no repair is accepted, only replace another new one or refund.
