Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Our model is unique in that our focus has always been on providing our customers with the personalized, thoughtful help and advice of an appliance specialist. Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. The Core Return Terms for Unused Items
- 60-Day Full Refund Window: You have a full 60 days from purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
- $0 Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns. - Original Packaging Requirement: To qualify for this standard return, the product must be returned in its original packaging.How to Process a Return

Poor customer service
I received my order, it has extra damages on the item, what were shown to me in store. When I contacted sales team, my request for compensation or replacement was ignored and no response was received from after sales team. That shows CAS is only concerned about sale of appliances. Poor customer support after sale.
