In and out within 30 minutes. I went in knowing exactly what I was looking for and it was taken care of ASAP. Great price. Awesome delivery service. You can have your item delivered next day if in stock for a small fee or within 3 days at no charge. I have recently purchased 2 appliances at CAS and the customer service is awesome. I have recommended CAS to my friends, neighbours and family due to their great service and pricing.

Purchase of Samsung stackable washer and dryer
We made our purchase of a washer and dryer through Imran at CAS. We had to wait a little while for delivery however, we knew this from day of purchase due to needing the equipment to stack the machines. Both machines were delivered undamaged and set up in a reasonable time. Our old machines we removed as prearranged. We did a price comparison with 2 other businesses and CAS was slightly cheaper in the end. We will definitely return in the future.

After our old fridge died, I went into Canadian Appliance to check out available replacement options. I received competent and efficient assistance and left with the relief of knowing a new fridge would be delivered the next day. It arrived just after 9:30 am the next morning as promised.

The salesman last name Islam approach us calmly and none aggressive, explaining the questions we had plus more. After informing him that we are sure of the model to get but waiting on the competitor sale for the next day he quickly got back in his desk and came back with price match . We ran into an issue with our range which the local KitchenAid team was unable to assist with but Sapna from the CAS team proactively assisted us in getting an agreeable solution across the line. She took the stress off our shoulders, found a solution and implemented it in little time.
