Canadian Appliance Source, founded in 2008, has developed into a forerunner of modern appliance retail. Sale person very helpful .struggled with lack of inventory. Waited a long time for sevsral different fridges to come in and after the wait there was still no timeline for delivery. This was beyond salesman’s control but still very frustrating

The immediate response via online chat and the effort of the sales rep to ensue my answers and requests were completed in a timely manner.
There should be a better process to assess what could be a difficult delivery prior to the actual delivery time. Some spaces are tricky to navigate.
The delivery service was exceptional and there we are very pleased with service and product overall!

The best part of the transaction was saving $100 over everyone else along with a two year warrenty.

Very professional
They are very accessible
I looked on their site on the Wednesday picked my dryer and it was in my basement on the Friday.
When ordering the dryer online I missed putting my number of my house.
I called them immediately and an actual person answered the phone right away and took care of my error.
The delivery came on time and the delivery guys were beyond my expectations. They were fast efficient cleaned up all the debris.

In-stock items are marked with a blue "In stock (Same/Next day delivery)*" tag.
After an order is placed, customers are prompted to select their preferred procurement date.
While selecting a date for backordered appliances doesn't guarantee delivery, we strive to keep all order dates as accurate as possible.
