COMPLETE SCAM
Took 2/3 weeks to even deliver my package. I returned my item and it was delivered by royal rail tracked service, can you please tell why it was delivered and signed but yet I’m still waiting on a refund.

Wouldn’t even class this as a company. I have emailed cali studios 4 times and have not got 1 reply and also messaged on instagram, I will not be ordering from them again and don’t and don't advise anyone else too.

Took 11 days to arrive but totally worth it great quality hoodie with a great fit would recommend.

One big scam.
You can send emails as often as you wish.
You will never get what you paid for.

The style of all the outfit is just unique, great and very useful for all types of lifestyle.
It’s been 5 years that I pay for differents clothes and I never regret.
The communication with the team is very good.
The only bad point can be the time to have the order, it can be a little bit long.

Expect that, it’s wonderful !

I recommand it it for every people who want to be wear good.

Terrible service and delivery time. Haven’t recieved my package and not even sure I want it anymore. How hard can it be sending UK to UK. Going to be sending back regardless of the product now as do not want them to have my money.

Good quality product bold print nice fit been asked by quite a few people where I got my top from....4 stars because product was late but the team got back to me quickly so Thank you again will order again.

I have gone on their returns portal and it has the cheek to say “your package is still on the way”. Company is a shambles, since 20th of august I have emailed cali studios 4 times and have not got 1 reply but they have the cheek to send out marketing emails everyday, I will not be ordering from them again and don’t and don't advise anyone else too.

Shorts took ages to arrive, and the quality isn't great, and the fit is uncomfortable.

This company has emailed all of there existing customers today to leave a 5 star review and win a prize of £150!! Ignore all 5 star reviews today as these are not true and this is shady business practices! This is unprofessional tampering with there trip advisor review because of there poor return service and customer service which I have personally had happen to me, took 2 months for a refund! They deserve the low rating!

Bought some gorge green shorts from this company and they’re great quality.

It's been over 3 weeks since I've purchased an item from Cali studios and my item has not even been shipped yet. I ordered this with the correct amount of time so it would arrive before I leave overseas, however it has been 3 weeks now and it still has not left the UK. I've sent multiple emails now and get no response.

It seems impossible to get a refund; my son waited nearly 3 weeks for delivery; jacket was too big. Then had to wait another 3 days for return ‘to be accepted’!!!!! Jacket returned 2 weeks ago and several emails sent but ZERO response!!
Stupidly, my son ordered a smaller size; money taken but no confirmation!! Still waiting!!
