Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!
Vorsicht!
Die Hauptpunkte meiner Kritik sind:
- Keine Antwort vom Kundenservice (6 mails geschrieben)
- Lieferung unvollständig (nur 1/3 der bestellen Ware erhalten)
- Qualität der Stoffe minderwertig: Leinen/Baumwolle stand in der Beschreibung -Polyester ist gekommen
- Kleidung hat kein Wäscheettiket
- Kleidung sieht anders aus als am Bild
Fazit: Finger weg! Das ist Betrug! Ich bereue es, dass ich mich hinreißen ließ, die Kleidung sah wirklich toll aus auf den Fotos.

I ordered a 3 piece set. Only the top arrived. I have emailed them twice to report and enquire when the other 2 pieces if the set will arrive and have not received a response. Very disappointed

So ein Reinfall, die Ware ist nie angekommen ,auch keine Antwort auf emails.
Wenn ich die anderen Bewertungen lese, denke ich es kommt ja so oder so gleich in den Müll.
Werde mich hüten noch jemals bei solch einem Onlineshop zu bestellen.

I placed an order on February 24th and still haven't received it. I've sent several emails to customer support to find out what's going on and I simply haven't received a response. I've already requested a refund and nothing. Don't buy anything from this website, it's a complete scam, you don't receive the items you ordered and they don't refund you.

They simply don't respond to any kind of contact.

A fraud!!!

This is a con. The material was cheap, the size completely off and looked nothing like the picture. When I tried to get a return all messages were ignored. This company should be shut down.

Ho ordinato già da più di un mese e non è arrivato nulla. Ho inviato diverse mail e anche PEC ma nessuno ha risposto. Continuano solo a mandarmi pubblicità per invogliarmi ancora all' acquisto ma dopo i reclami niente più. Silenzio assoluto. Niente tracciamento dell' ordine o del pacco. Mi rivolgerò a un legale almeno per soddisfazione.Invito tutti a denunciare alla polizia postale. Non comprate nulla! Sono sicuramente truffe

Why are social media continuing to let these scammers advertise. There should be stricter rules and if they advertise are scammers social platform should be made to pay the refunds.

I placed a pricey order and after one month it still not has arrived. When you email the service email address listed, it takes you to an alternate email which doesn't exist, so no customer service at all. I have no idea if I will receive anything at all, as there is no tracking on shipping. You will lose your money!

I received poor quality products and also the sizing was wrong. I have tried to contact Caftanfun via email address provided several times and not received a response to any of my communication including via Instagram. Very disappointing

If I could write a review and not give 1 star I would. Have yet to receive anything I ordered. They won’t respond to any emails. Do not and I mean do not order from this site. It is a SCAM!!!! If I do end up seeing anything of good quality I will go back and apologize. But, it’s been way too long and all I have got from the site is order received and it’s about to be a month so doubt it highly.

Item quality is not anything like how it looks on the website. The size description is completely inaccurate. I have written 4 emails requesting a return, with no response. Do not purchase from this company! Seems like a scam.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. The items I received looked nothing like the website photos. They were advertised as linen and cotton, but arrived without any fabric content labels and were poorly sized.

When I contacted customer service to request a return or replacement, they repeatedly refused and instead offered a very small partial refund, claiming return shipping would be too expensive. After five or six exchanges with no resolution, I gave up and lost nearly $250.

Based on my experience, the product descriptions, quality, and customer service were not as expected. I strongly recommend not shopping with this company under any circumstances.

When my package wasn’t delivered, they refused to give me a refund or replace the item. I asked if I filed a police report since I believe it was stolen off my porch, they still refused to do anything.

I had a frustrating experience with this company regarding an order that was marked as delivered to a “back door” that does not exist at my address. When I reached out for assistance, customer service instructed me to contact my local post office using the tracking number they provided.
However, this made no sense because the tracking number they gave me is not even a USPS tracking number. Despite this, they continued to insist that I contact the post office and obtain proof from them before they would proceed with any logistics verification.
I explained my concerns and asked what the next steps would be, as I did not feel it was reasonable for me to resolve what appeared to be a delivery error on their end. Instead of offering further support or initiating an investigation themselves, they repeatedly redirected me elsewhere.
At this point, I hate to say it, but the entire situation feels extremely suspicious. Being told to contact USPS with a tracking number that is not USPS, combined with the lack of accountability or meaningful assistance, raises serious concerns. I was left without my order and without a clear resolution process.

Cheap sent me damaged goods and refuse to refund me. All made real cheaply the material feels like plastic and eho knows what chemicals you are absorbing. Just a terrible company refusing to refund and they pictures are lies decieving.

I never received my order and never got my money back.

Unfortunately, very disappointed with my Caftanfun order. The fabric felt low quality, the prints were unattractive in person, and there were no belt loops on the robes, making them impractical to wear. The items did not match expectations set by the photos and felt poorly made overall.

I ordered a robe and what I received after waiting 2 months and paying almost $100USD(they don't tell you it's in USD until you complete purchase and they automatically charge you in USD) my robe came and it was AWFUL. Didn't look ANYTHING like the pic.
