Hi Tanvi
Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It's always great to hear positive feedback from happy customers. We hope you get many years of reliable service from your coffee machine, but in case you do have any problems, we are here to help. - Caffe Society
Con artists and scammers. Overcharge, not efficient. They will misdiagnose your coffee machine and charge you the earth to call them out. They basically hold you ransom.
Avoid like the plague.

Hello. We have tried requesting further information from you via Trustpilot, as we have no record of your name on our systems and you don't state the name of your business. As you have not replied, we are unsure what to say, other than to re-state that we have no idea what case this review is referring to, that our call-out prices are lower than the industry standard and that we would never treat our customers as you are claiming. Please feel free to reach out with specifics if you wish to discuss further. - Caffe Society
