I had great customer service.
I had great customer service as I was trying to order a replacement zipper hoody last purchased over ten years ago. Her assistance was most helpful and she was willing to go the extra mile. Unfortunately, the Hannes Ultimate Cotton option, like last time, was no longer available - or I couldn't find it. Now, what is available is much lighter in weight. I know folks don't want beefy cotton anymore, but it was really durable and very long lasting.
