Responsive & thoughtfully planned out by Lucy. Each step was organized well & the delivery happened on time & easily. Every step of the shipment felt handled with care.
Leticia, Simon, Adam, and the moving crew from Cadogan Tate made what was a stressful and daunting move into a quick, stress free experience. Without their prompt service, attention and skill, we would surely not have managed. Even in the face of several delays to delivery time, and difficult circumstances for moving, they loaded and unloaded in an hour tops.

Don’t consider using Cadogan Tate for removals.
They preport to do everything properly and they take 100% of the costs upfront, so I comment further !
In reality they do not do the things that they had agreed to do….as an example unpacking valuables etc. Nor do they actually fulfil their obligations. Our move was over three days and on the last day everything was rushed as the next day was Good Friday. As a result lots of items were not removed, nor were boxes unpacked as previously agreed. Any damage that occurred was only subsequently discovered and they totally avoid any explanation. Items that should be been delivered upright were actually delivered on their side and damage and leakages occurred. Some items were broken/missing and damage occurred to picture frames, furniture and computer equipment . I’ve emailed on several occasions and all I get is a response that “we will be in touch” but after seven weeks this is frankly a joke. I will have to revert to legal action.
Avoid them at all costs
Excellent. I had 40 questions, many awkward, dealing with an auction, working out how to deliver within the US and they patiently & promptly dealt with everything. Got my antique in great time and perfectly packed. Thank you very much. Perfect.
The whole Cadogan Tate team were absolutely brilliant and made our house move so seamless and stress free.
They coordinated the removal of some extremely heavy furniture without any complaints and were all a total pleasure to work with.

Cadogan Tate provided a hugely impressive packing & moving service. Professional from start to finish, Jimmy & his team were simply amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and, while working flat out, were cheerful, pleasant, communicative & responsive throughout. Special thanks to Jimmy, Thomas & James who worked so hard on both days, and to Ziggy, Wayne & Ash + a young Polish man whose name I don't know, who each made a huge contribution on one of the two days. Grateful thanks, too, to Gemma in the office, who was unfailingly helpful, reassuring and efficient at all times. Having not moved home for over 30 years, as I contemplated this massive upheaval from a 4-bedroom home in north London to a wacky property in semi-rural Hertfordshire, I had many concerns. Thanks to Cadogan Tate, these apprehensions proved unfounded. I should add that, considering their reputation for excellence, their fees were most reasonable & surprisingly competitive. Based on my very recent experience, I cannot recommend this removals firm too highly.

The movers were fine but the designated officer at the main office refused to send someone without extra cost to finish the job of assembling lamps and fixing broken filing cabinets. When I tried to complain to his superiors I discovered he had diabolically ordered their telephone operator to divert all calls only to him. Initial attempts at resolving the issues were met with a standard mantra 'we will investigate'. This evolved into a brush off that since my mandate was with the shipping company in Toronto, I had to go through them. The Toronto company who are blameless in all this have been unable to resolve the matter. One of the worst aspects of the matter is that the designated officer outright lied and claimed Cadogan's mandate did not cover reassembling disassembled parts. I would never recommend this company to anyone as customer service is lacking in their corporate vocabulary.
The team is wonderful. I've been storing with Cadogan Tate (have not yet used them for a move) for about two years and, whilst expensive, the service is amazing. Over the long run would love to see digitisation of inventory management.

I booked Cadogan Tate months ahead of an international move, accepting a very high estimate of costs because on past experience with them, I expected white glove service and a single point of contact for all steps of the move. Despite repeated requests, they utterly failed to provide any details on insurance, on personnel, on process and, most critically, on customs requirements for either end of my move. Response to emails was painfully slow. After a lengthy video survey, they told me that their own staff would conduct a follow-up survey in person: one of the reasons I had contacted them in the first place was that they have an office in New York, where I was moving from, but the surveyor who came was from a small local company, had been given no information on my move or my belongings despite the earlier survey and previous conversations, had never heard of Cadogan Tate. He also told me that my next contact would be a Houston-based logistics company who I had no knowledge of. It took my sales rep 48 hours to email me after I rang the London office to ask for a call back to explain asap. With two and a half weeks to go, and a heavy work schedule prior to my move, I dropped Cadogan Tate as I had lost all confidence in their professionalism and ability to offer a well-managed move. Despite the stress of this, I don't regret it: every other company I spoke to was far and away superior in expertise and attention to detail, and I have received fantastic support from the company I booked the move with, as well as the best packing crew I've ever dealt with in over ten moves. Cadogan Tate also never responded when I raised the reasons I was cancelling the booking. They used to be a fantastic company, but based on this latest experience, I'd steer very clear.
My wife and I moved within London. All around, it was a poor experience. 1) this was about twice the process of other “white glove” movers we have used - for the same contents. 2) they only send movers, no professional packers. This led to haphazard packing by men who were not “professionals at this task, and boxes left in the wrong spots, largely unpacked in our new home. 3) Three delegate items were broken. I accept that things can break, but 4 items, two of them of significant value? We were told insurance was up to us, not them. My summary is a premium price for a low quality moving service.

I cannot recommend them enough as right from the first point of contact, the service we received was outstanding - both in terms of administration and the physical moving of items.
Great care was taken with the our belongings on moving day, and also the office team worked very hard during a busy period to work with us to get a date that suited.
Look no further for outstanding customer service - would recommend to anyone!
I recently used Cadogan Tate in my home move. An outstanding service from start to finish. It all kicked off with a survey of the property and items I was moving. What then followed was a team of 5 on the day of the move, led by the foreman, Liam. They were extremely professional, efficient and the packing was sheer outstanding. We had 2 stops to make and everything was executed to perfection. Behind the scenes, I was allocated an account manager to oversee the logistics and timings, Leticia. Since the move, I have been back in touch to arrange the collection of the empty boxes. I will definitely be using Cadogan Tate in my next move - thorough, consummate professionals, high quality service and lovely people to deal with. Thank YOU all
The team made a good early impression by being proactive, and called me at 9am to apologise and say that due to heavy traffic, the anticipated arrival time would be 9.30am.
Upon arrival, the team introduced themselves and were swift, and tentative to ensure that all the goods were re-packed, fragile items were delicately handled, and all boxes properly labelled. The quality of boxes and packing material, was top-class. I felt like Royalty :)
This was by no means an easy task, yet the team were calm, polite, patient and professional throughout the whole 3-hour process.
This was my first experience using Cadogan Tate removal services, and I was highly impressed with the service and will definitely recommend Cadogan Tate to others.
This company has had my piano in Storage for 2 years. I was initially quoted £260 to deliver it back to my new address when I the time would come. They took £60 from my account as a deposit for the future move and that it would be refunded when the delivery would happen. I had to query this as it just came out of my account without warning.
Anyways, 2 years down the line I want my piano delivered back to me and they are now QUOTING ME £1300 to deliver it (instead of £260), same I emailed and called several time to check there wasn't a mistake. No, indeed, they ramped up the cost of delivery with no explanation as to why the cost was so dear. I used my own couriers for delivery (they charged £300) but got charged by the company a fee for the privilege of collecting my piano. I emailed the manager to know everything I needed to know regarding the collection, so I could pass the info to my couriers. Unsurprisingly, she didn't do her job properly and the collection was really stressful, the couriers didn't know what gate to go to, Tracy wouldn't answer her phone etc.
Now I am chasing the money they owe me (inc that £60 deposit towards the delivery they never did) and GUESS WHAT, I'm still chasing. I'm so fed up with this useless company, but will not give up on what they owe me.
This was the second part of a complicated move. As with the first part, we were extremely impressed by the professionalism and care of the team. Moving furniture from a large house into a much smaller one presented seemingly insuperable problems, but the team overcame them all. We would highly Cadogan Tate.
