Terrible customer and after service!
Ordered a Dekton table and was installed in late June 2019. Was installed by Cadira and a few months later after dropping a medium sized Pyrex dish onto the table from about 3cm from the top, resulted in a crack all the way across. We admitted that we dropped a dish onto the table. After investigating further, we noticed that the table had not been installed correctly because there are gaps underneath the table which does not support the area where it cracked.
Pedro from Cadira has refused to help us simply saying it’s accidental damage and will not take responsibility for the table being incorrectly installed by saying it was installed as per manufacturers guidelines and within tolerance! He or his team have never been to our house to check how it was installed but still claims there is nothing wrong with the table! His lack of understanding and customer service is shocking. I would never recommend this company to anyone as the after service is terrible and they don’t care. I have no other alternative other than to get trading standards involved. Beware when dealing with this company.

Dekton is an extremely hard-wearing material, used by many high-end manufacturers, however it is not unbreakable . Mrs Dibley contacted us a few months after delivery seeking advice,
and stated in writing, "A few months ago we purchased a dekton dining table from yourselves. Very happy with it but unfortunately, a Pyrex dish got dropped on it, near a corner and it has actually cracked! ..". For this particular table design, the top is left resting on the frame, and a few mm difference between the top and the frame has no detrimental effect on use. The table had been used for a prolonged period of time with no mention of any assembly issues until after this accident took place. We have replied promptly and courteously at all times to Mr Dibley's phone calls and numerous emails. We take pride in our after-sales care and are fully committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Regrettably, our product guarantee does not include accidental damage.
Cancelled order.
We ordered a table and chair set at the Ideal Home Show and told approx 8 weeks delivery from order. Nearly 12 weeks from this date. We chased and was told table is in the country but not all of the chairs and would be at least 6 weeks. We waited for delivery dates for the table but heard nothing. Upon asking on some updated delivery dates i was told a different story for the third time. We decided to cancel the order and get a refund. This was agreed and we felt that it was a relief that we did as they had 15 other orders that were delayed. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Thank you for your review. We have had some recent delays from a new chair supplier, which affected your order and a few others, which is regrettable. Your table arrived in good time and we offered to deliver the table and some courtesy chairs on loan in order to minimise any inconvenience. You were not satisfied with this arrangement, so we offered to cancel the order for a full refund. You mentioned that you would think about this, and called us some weeks later to cancel the order. A full refund was issued to you on the same day you called. We have been open with you and other clients affected by this delay and most have been happy to wait, or accepted our offer to deliver courtesy chairs while waiting for their delivery. As a result of these delays and your cancellation we have stopped placing orders with this supplier. It is very important for us to make sure that all clients are satisfied from the moment they order to the moment they receive their goods. As a family company we take pride in what we do and do everything possible to exceed clients' expectations. We have had many satisfied customers over the years and it is a matter of personal regret that we were not able to satisfy your requirements on this occasion.
Excellent experience from start to finish

So pleased that we discovered you at the Ideal Home exhibition and the experience from start to finish has been a pleasure.
You run an excellent organisation.
We have yet to decorate the room with paintings etc but thank you for many years of dining pleasure!

Excellent quality and beautiful dining table
We bought a ceramic topped dining table from Cadira, and we are really pleased with it. It looks fantastic and is very easy to keep clean. From the people in the shop to the delivery team, all the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful, so we ended up with exactly what we wanted and needed. The table arrived at the time we were quoted, and the delivery team took the time to make sure we understood how it extended and how to look after it properly.
We would highly recommend them, and we would happily use them again.

Ordered a porcelain table in January…
Ordered a porcelain table in January and after the advised 8 weeks lead time, the table was delivered and assembled this week. The table is stunning and very different to anything I had seen anywhere else. Cadira came back to me quickly with any queries I had and even sent a sample. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order for their ceramic moon…
Placed an order for their ceramic moon dining table and payed their delivery charge. Informed me that as factory was closed the whole of August delivery would be mid Oct. I accepted this 1 week later they tried to hit me with extra delivery charge to Scotland of another £90. When I questioned this they informed me they could not fulfill my order and would be cancelling it. Avoid at all costs, very unprofessional and will let you down.

Further to the reply below, took this company 1 week after accepting order for them to try to add a further delivery charge, if they were open and honest they should clearly state on their website that they are not willing to deliver North of the border.

Dear Steven. Thank you for your review. As mentioned after you placed your order, some of the goods we sell, as is the case with this table, require a certain level of attention when it comes to delivery and assembly. Whenever possible we use our dedicated delivery team to deliver these items in order to provide the best possible service and ensure handling and assembly is carried out properly. Other items can be safely delivered by third party providers, which allows us to reach the whole of the UK. We are based in Surrey, and on this occasion we felt that it would not be possible to have the table delivered by our own team in a timely manner, as we do not have regular deliveries in your area. This is unfortunate and I apologise for that fact, but we would not have liked to take your order knowing that we would have difficulties in fulfilling it. I trust you will understand that we have tried to be upfront about this. We also note your comment on delivery charges on our website. The standard two man delivery charge is not applicable to Scotland, and is priced on an individual basis. This is difficult to implement accurately on the website, but we will make improvements in order to alert clients of this fact.
Purchased some furniture in June 2016
Purchased some furniture in June 2016, that didn't arrive until September 2016. Was blamed on the factory shutting for all of July (it's based in Spain). When the order finally arrived only 3 of the 4 items actually turned up and two of them were the completely wrong model.
The build quality didn't reflect the premium price paid.
It took a further two months to have the correct furniture to be delivered.
The customer service was appalling and it was impossible to get through to the head office without going through a call answering service. The head office staff didn't seem to care that I had waited so long for the furniture to be delivered.
I would definitely not recommend using Cadira.

Thank you for your review. It is common in Spain and Italy for production to halt for the whole month of August. Our products are made to order and the lead times in the summer months are extended for this reason. We always inform our clients of this fact, but it can be frustrating, specially if there are any issues, as on this occasion. In this instance, we offered you to keep the cabinets while the new ones were being made. Following the final delivery you were dissatisfied with some of the units received and we gave you the option to return them for a full refund, which you chose to take. We use a telephone answering service when our lines are busy or out of office hours, so that we do not miss any calls. We try our best to deal with any problems and always do everything we can to minimise any inconvenience.
