They continue to not return the $571 they charge me once to twice monthly and not only that, they keep charging it and taking it out of my account when I have sent proof multiple times that I have my own insurance and they should not be charging me. They have given me the rub around and I have spoken to so many different people all promising to help but in the end saying they can’t do anything about it. They give you numbers where you can’t reach anyone.

Cannot use app or desktop to pay a bill. App has this you have cookies turned on problem. Desk top refused to even open.I have had this cookies problem for 2 yrs off and on. Come on cadence, get your software problems resolved!

Stay where your at, , Never felt like I'm just a number, and not valued as a member as I did today,, feel like I've been robbed without a gun.They charge your account with overdraft fees after fees ,monthy fees maintenance fees, Screen your calls if you reach out to speak with someone to correct the issue. I've been reaching out for over a week to my local branch,, only to get a call after I sent an email in to the website, Crazy right,phone call after call, message after message for a call back ,nothing till I submitted online text, guest my local office is to busy to take calls from a dollaraire
After a week of leaving messages ,why after being told to hold for the manager, he never comes to the phone, only to send the message he doesn't control (overdraft fees). Wouldnt even speak with me.. Hard as It is right now with prices on the rise, you would think that the larger corporations would understand that every dollar counts
So if your thinking about being a joining Cadence Bank DON'T ,DONT, DONT
find another company no fees
No monthly charges, no ridiculous fees
Find a bank where they treat you like a Member not a number.

Found this bank to be incompetent I had two declines on my debit card when I had plenty of money in the account and they couldn't correct the situation so I close my account immediately

It's not worth it. Find another bank! They don't do anything digitally. So to get your statement, you need to email them and wait for a response. To increase or decrease your payment amount, again, you need to email them. And that takes 2-3 weeks to take effect. This is a terrible bank.

These people are a SCAM and own a fraudulent credit card where they "pre-approve" you, then take away your credit limit, then entirely shut your card down randomly and for no reason, despite making payments on time OVER THE LIMIT EVEN, while you're expected to make payments of hundreds of dollars a month and still pay late fees and high interest rates as if you still actually had the credit card!! I will be contacting attorneys for a class action lawsuit as I have since found out this is a regular practice of theirs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "BANK"!! They are a JOKE and a SCAM!!

Mindset of managers at Cadence is its typical for Vets to be homless...if your a vet this is what they think of you. Atleast the one in New Port Richey. Said it to my face. And as a combat war vet...just shows the entiledment and disrespect.

Trust, integrity, honor are all words we hope to associate with our bank. We desire to feel our bank is guided by these ideals since we entrust our heard-earned money to them. Last year I paid 6 month's worth of homeowners association condo dues, at the condo office, with a credit card. I received my receipt and thought no more about it. A month later, the condo association informed me that my credit card company had pulled the money out of its account. I contacted my credit card company, and they stated they had done no such thing. Cadence Bank, who handles the banking for this condo association, had pulled my funds from the condo association and sent my money to another bank, with which I have absolutely no connection, and without my authorization. The Cadence Bank manager in my area has been looking into this issue for months, but won't refund my money. The branch manager of Cadence Bank won't return my calls. The corporate office supposedly has investigated this situation, but has not contacted me with a status update or refunded my money. This has been going on for a year and is still unresolved.

After being with State Bank n they merge to be Cadence, I love State Bank but after they went to Cadence Bank worst Bank ever. It seems like they don't give a heck about you. Im yet to speak to someone regarding a situation that happen and I'm still waiting from April of 2019 and yet no one give a dam. This is the worst Bank Cadence ever. Groupon had a special with cleaning your gutter for less than what other companies were charging. I went ahead and paid but never received service from Groupon. After 2wks of waiting for them to come n clean my gutter they never did. I then contacted my bank with prove of payment n explain to Cadence that I would like a reversal because I never gotten service from Groupon Cadence never refunded my money. I went into the bank n did a dispute n they never contacted me so im put $80. They don't care about the little people unless you have $100000 in your account. They are the worst. Never again.

I don’t normally write reviews, but when I come face to face with true evil incarnate the world must know. My business was forced to close due to COVID-19 after two employees succumbed and passed away. I immediately reached out to Cadence Bank’s Portfolio Manager Elaine G. at the Georgia branch and explained my situation. To spare the details in case I have a character limit here, she could have cared less. She was condescending, without empathy, without tact, insulting, and basically displayed the profile of a sociopath. I explained that the CARES act SBA debt relief program will kick in soon which will significantly help me, and she claimed to have no clue what I was talking about. I referred her to the SBA website regarding the debt relief program for SBA 7(a) loans and she implied to not care or know anything about it. She suggested I do everything I can to keep up with payments despite my significant losses, and she implied everything I mentioned about the COVID-19 SBA debt relief program was nonsense. Am I in a dream or something? I tried to have basic human to human conversation with her relaying how much loss I (and the world) have experienced during COVID-19. She blew all that off. World struggles, national death tolls, and 3 deaths in my family alone during COVID. None of that seemed to matter to her. In as exact words as I can recall, she said she is not here to listen to personal sob stories and she must terminate the phone call. I find her actual persona is quite the opposite of her Linkedin profile, where she writes “I like to listen to people, gather the facts and focus on a resolution for both parities in a respectful manner.” She doesn’t listen, offers zero resolution except fear of punitive action, and she is most certainly not respectful. What an absolutely horrid human being. Karma is a _____, and her time is coming. She is horrible for the image of Cadence Bank, and I hope they act quickly before their reputation is tarnished by her stone cold inhumanity in a time that requires human decency more than ever.
