Jassiem - Customer service
I have had to call CA Auto Finance twice recently and what can I say? The customer service from Jassiem was absolutely brilliant. The first time I called, he explained everything in detail and helped me understand some of the processes in self terminating my contract and by sheer coincidence, when phoning again, he picked up!! I was shown kindness and understanding rarely seen these days and would highly recommend CA Atuo Finance. Their customer service is second to none and I hope Jassiem gets the recognition he deserves for being top class at his job.

Horrible nasty people
Horrible nasty people. WARNING everybody, they claim your contract states, if YOU don't contact them before your lease period expires, THEY will decide you want to keep the vehicle & will take the balloon payment straight from you bank account (via your direct debit facility so the bank can't stop it), without ANY prior warning. This was several thousand pounds taken & wiped out our bank account & overdraft facility leaving us with no money until next pay day. Tried several times speaking to the contract end team to explain we have no alternative vehicle arrangements but wanted to hand the vehicle back, so could we delay hand back by a week or two until we could get another vehicle (we have 2 small children), but they refused point-blank, were rude, cut me off mid sentence, condescending, argumentative (despite trying my best to avoid any confrontation & be diplomatic). Shocking service and attitude of staff, AVOID like the plague!

Really helpful company
I have been dealing with Jay, Jay has been super helpful. After raising issues with the car to the garage and not getting anywhere, I raised a complaint with CA. They have helped me get my car back on the road by paying the repair costs due to the car only being with me a matter of days before there was issues. They have spoken to the car company who are useless and decided to help me due to the rubbish I have had from the car garage. Super helpful! Thanks CA

I got behind in arrears
I got behind in arrears, because i had to pay the rent because my partner got made redundant. Called the arrears department. One guy was not too bad and said he can help me make with the arrwars by upping the amount monthly till it was paid off, but i had to call back the next day because the guy that dealt with it was in then. So i called back the next day to be told thats not going to happen and they wouldnt be entertaining it and i had to pay the arrears in one. It went on for a few week to then be told i had to pay the whole amount of the car in one or it would be getting put up for auction. Fastforward to today, its now taken and to be honest if anyone was to ask me about your compant i would tell them to stay away because your as helpful as a dry wet wipe. I also want all the calls i made to the arrears department put onto a usb drive please, because i am going to give it to my friends dad who is a solicitor and ask him if its worth my time and money to sue. You can email me back asking for my information as i am not putting it on here.
