I bought a guitar online. I rang Byron Music to talk about the guitar they had and they were very helpful. Alex even restrung the guitar with my preferred strings and sent the guitar off and it arrived the next morning.

Being a music store I would have thought the guitar would have been tuned before sending. Nothing major, but when you buy a new car they fill it up with petrol, I would have thought the same with instrument tune it when it's sold and goes out the door

My item was GUARANTEED delivery by the 9th February, it is now the 11th and no sight of my purchase, I am about 4 hours south of the shop in Byron Bay and this is extremely poor shipping time, they provided no tracking and so far have not answered 2 complaint to them. I am finding myself trading with china more and more as they are good at what they do and allways delivery within a reasdonable time & they are thousands of miles away compared. last order fpr me from here!
