Ortega Hydra at the best price
I bought the Ortega Hydra at the best price. Almost cheap enough to make me doubtful. However the instrument arrived at my door today, well packed in good condition. Communication from Byron Music was good and the delivery was right on time.

I bought a cheaper enrty level Yamaha…
I bought a cheaper enrty level Yamaha guitar over the phone, unseen and unplayed. The staff member 'upsold' me, but provided some very good factual reasons on why it was preferable to the cheaper options, without any unnessesary or misleading information. The additional money was worth it. I had a friend pick it up, it was ready, with an invoice emailed and another attached to the box. Thank you for providing great service, excellent information and a willingness to cater for my situation as I could not attend the shop in person.

shipment taking a while
Initially I asked for a small discount and got no reply. So I just bought the pedal.
It’s taking forever ( day 14 ) so maybe a faster shipping method ? But that’s mainly AUS Post I’d say. Shop communications were good when I inquired about delay.
