We had an excellent experience with BuyTshirtsOnline from start to finish. Even before placing our order, Connor from the sales team was incredibly helpful, recommending the best hoodies to suit our requirements for screen printing while staying within budget.
Not only did he provide a proof of the artwork, but he was also extremely flexible in updating both the design and the quote before we made payment. We were struggling to decide on the positioning of the artwork, and Connor went the extra mile by sending us photos of the hoodies before production, which really put our minds at ease.
The final product exceeded our expectations—the print quality is crisp, even, and truly showcases the expertise of the design and print team. We couldn’t be happier with the result and would highly recommend BuyTshirtsOnline to anyone looking for top-notch service and quality!

I needed a batch of custom tees and totes on a very tight deadline, and they exceeded all expectations with their quick turnaround and prompt delivery. Really pleased with this company
Really pleased with this company. Ordered some workwear on Thursday and it was delivered Friday pm.
Very happy with the quality of the garments for the price we paid. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a supplier for T-shirts, polos, hoodies etc. Will be using them again next time I need to order.

When it all goes wrong
When it all goes wrong, is when you find out if the company is worth their salt.
I just spent almost 20 minutes on the phone having the problems projecting at myself, this is not a company that has got any reasonable after sales service, with absolutely no fault to myself they have failed to deliver, yeah it's all my problem I had ordered the T-shirts for a charity event which I was producing free of charge, I've now had to go and purchase these and have them printed from a separate location, to be honest the price was better than from this so-called business, that makes out it has stockists all over the country, where really it is just drops shipping, they only have one office and one warehouse with limited stocks, not only do they mislead you but when the service fails they will project all the problems at yourself and offer you know reasonable solution

Thank you for leaving feedback. We pride ourselves on our sales and after-sales service, which, on this occasion, we feel we did the best we could to assist with the issues with this order.
As explained on the phone, the original consignment, which was dispatched on the 20th of October, as shown in the tracking, was facing multiple issues upon being delivered. We are unsure why these attempts didn't take place, and we completely agree that DPD didn't deliver on the promise. We as a company and you as a customer expect from the time frame. Once we were alerted to the fact this order was struggling with deliveries, we logged suitable replacements to be sent the following day. Unfortunately, and once again out of our control, there were further issues with this fresh consignment.
As you can see from the tracking, we shipped this order to be delivered the following working day, as promised by our colleague on Thursday. We can only apologise that DPD once again let you down as a customer and us as a company that strives to deliver within the time frames we quote. It is even more frustrating that the parcel was damaged at the depot and reconsigned. Please be reassured no staff member from our company reconsigned that parcel.
In your conversation with our colleague this morning, we offered you the most suitable resolution we could, given the circumstances at that time. This being either a full refund, as we appreciate the items didn't arrive in time to meet your needs, or retrieving the stock from our head office and shipping accordingly, which both options were initially declined. We operate with multiple warehouses across the country which stock differing products/brands. The main head office is utilised for our printing services and sales team and, as a result, holds limited stock. All other warehouses are distribution warehouses for processing and shipping plain orders. This was the only reason we could arrange and facilitate the collection at our Runcorn location. And fortunately, we had this stock available on site. Further to your initial conversation this morning, one of our colleagues got in touch to discuss the shipping of the items on the next day, which we have swiftly and promptly actioned, and confirmation was emailed to you.
We apologise that you feel we didn't do enough to assist you with the issues regarding your order. However, from a business standpoint, we believe we did our best to help you given the circumstances.

Sizing issues need to be addressed
Update 25/6/24 : Spoke with Connor this morning. He acknowledged the sizing issue and said I should not be out of pocket for return postage costs. If I send him the Post Office receipt he will reimburse me. Excellent customer service. It is refreshing to find a Company who take note of Customer feedback and act to put things right. Thank you Connor.
24/6/24 Delivery was prompt. Quality ok but definitely poorer quality than our current Fruit of the Loom t shirts.
As previous reviewers have said there is a big problem with sizing. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

Excellent service and product
Excellent service. Ordered an item at lunchtime on Wednesday, it arrived within 24 hours - couldn’t ask for more! The garment itself was excellent, the second I’ve bought. I’ve worn the first for 3 years for golf, it’s had a rough time but shows no sign of wear. I’m 6ft 5 tall and the length is amazing - no cold back when I bend down! And then there’s the price - just seen a very similar item in a major sports retailer with a Puma badge on it for more than double the price.

Incredible delivery speed

Had a positive experience every time I have ordered from them. As a new business this year I was a little uncertain with suppliers, especially with time frames but they have been better than I expected every time and I wouldn't use anyone else. Reliable, fast and accurate. Would and do recommend them in groups and to anyone industry wise I speak with.
Latest order was over 1200 items, placed around 3pm yesterday. Free delivery they offered, again arrived within 24 hours.
