I live on the second floor and was worried about noise for my neighbors. This machine is whisper quiet. The springs don't 'twang' and the rollers are silent. 5 stars for the performance.

If you’re debating getting the tower, just do it. It adds so much variety to my stretches. Assembly was a bit of a puzzle for the tower part, but the video guide helped a lot.

Living in a condo, I needed the foldable option. It’s not 'light,' but the wheels make it manageable to move. It takes me about 3 minutes to set up and fold back. Very happy with the compromise!

Great products, long delivery time for Europe but they annouced when you buy
Customer service was great, though on a different time zone so a bit delayed sometimes.
Products are great quality but explanation for mounting it are not automically send to you so a bit tricky at first.
Overall good experience with them.

The full track makes a huge difference. The carriage travel is silent and fluid. I did have to tighten one bolt after the first week, but since then, it’s been perfect. Best home workout purchase ever.

The maple finish is so bright and clean. It makes my home studio look so professional. The only thing is, make sure you have a rug underneath if you have slick floors, as it’s quite a heavy unit to move.

I’m a big guy (220 lbs) and I was worried about the frame. This thing is a beast. Very stable even during advanced moves. The padding is firm, which I prefer for spine support!

A Real Piece of Furniture
This doesn't look like gym gear; it looks like high-end furniture. The finish is smooth to the touch. It’s a bit of an investment, but you get what you pay for. No creaks or wobbles at all.

Studio Quality at Home
Honestly, I was worried it would feel 'cheap' compared to the ones in my studio. It doesn’t. The maple is smooth and the springs are strong. The delivery took an extra week, but Matt was super helpful with updates.

I am very happy with my purchase! I ordered the "Oak Foldable Pilates Reformer – Space-Saving" and it is very sturdy and stable. It was worth the wait which ended up being about six weeks. Customer service was very good when I had any questions. The oak is gorgeous and it is very high quality. It was also easy to assemble. I am practicing folding/unfolding the reformer and it takes a little practice but it should be fairly easy. The springs are a bit heavier and harder to change than studio reformers but certainly won't be a problem. I highly recommend!

It took a while for the reformer to arrive, but that was already communicated on the website. So no problem here. Tracking number was not shared proactively, but every time I sent a mail to customer service to ask about the status they responded very quickly and let me know where the machine is at that moment.
Just the final delivery to my door was not accounced at all. So that came a bit as a surprise. :D

Received the item, but I had filed a credit card dispute as it was ordered January 10 and arrived March 30, a total of 79 days.

There were also misleading updates about the delay, including being told it was due to snow at the Vancouver port, which was difficult to believe given that 2026 is the first year in over 20 years without snowfall in Vancouver.

After receiving the item, I canceled the dispute.

It would be helpful if the website clearly stated to expect up to 90 days for shipping, as that would reduce a lot of unnecessary stress for customers.

My reformer arrived this week, after a nail biting wait from ordering it in December. It’s excellent quality and build and I’m delighted with it and some free gifts thrown in as well.
They replied promptly to reassure me every time I emailed about the wait and I had begun to think it was a scam. In essence it’s just a slow boat from China but I do think the company should make customers aware of the delayed delivery time and keep them updated without prompting.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. Just got my money back from barclaycard when they investigated and found them a scam.

Amazing addition to our home gym! We just installed our new wooden reformer and we couldn't be happier. It arrived safely and was packaged with great care. Installation was a breeze—easy to unfold and ready to use in no time. It functions smoothly and looks beautiful. Despite a minor delivery delay, the overall experience has been great. Time to enjoy the workout!

I purchased a reformer that was supposed to take 10 days to receive. It has been over a month, and I have just received an email from the shipping company that I will never receive my item. The Shipper (BuyReformer) allowed the erroneous delivery to be purchased by the person in MT that it was shipped to accidentally. Either way this company has been horrible to communicate with and not on the proactive side of solving the problem. My shipment was rescheduled for the mis-delivery to MT and then NEVER delivered. The actual shipping logistics company, CEVA, was the one to break this to me. The BUYREFORMER people are never available by phone and then email at 1:30 in the am. This experience has been terrible. Feeling like this is a complete scam!

I placed my order in October and payment was taken in full at that time. I was told my reformer would be delivered by 27th December, but I have received nothing and have had no communication. Despite sending several emails requesting an update, I have not received any response and do not know where my order is.
This was a significant investment for me as I am in the process of starting a small business. After reading other reviews where customers are reporting similar experiences and stating that they believe this company may be a scam, I am now very concerned. I really need someone from the company to get in touch with me to provide an update or resolve this situation.

Further update, the machine is fabulous. So smooth, solid, looks beautiful. Beyond impressed with it.

UPDATE: IT ARRIVED. I got a call from a delivery company this morning saying they had a big package on board for me and low and behold a huge box arrived. The tracking still shows the order in Belgium or Denmark or something but here it is. So I take it back. I've changed my rating. And updated the below a bit but I'll leave the main body there so maybe someone who's going through the same thing as me will see there is hope that it will arrive and that it's not a scam (which I was sure it was and logged a complaint with my credit card company that I now need to undo!!) so my apologies buy reformer, you came through in the end!!

Ordered in October, didn't arrive. Company couldn't provide traceable shipping details, gave me generic shipment details that can't be traced.

Update although they have replied to me saying that I can request a refund, I have already requested a refund many times and it has not been processed. I still have not received the order.
