I’ve ordered from Buy Food Research many times, and it’s always been a good experience. Orders come quickly and are always correct. And the products are amazingly effective! I use High Stress Adrenal every day, both to help me be able to handle stress better, and especially for sleep. I’ve found that if I take 3 right before bed, I don’t wake up in the middle of the night or early morning with my mind racing. And Anxie-tone helps for occasional anxiety.

Incorrect Order
I ordered 3 bottles of Simply Thyroid but received 3 bottles of Simply Thymus. The order slip said Simply Thyroid but I understand, mistakes happen.
I submitted an email through their site and expected someone to contact me shortly because that’s what it said. However, I received no response. I emailed Buy Food Research and received an automated email stating Gabriella would be out until September for maternity leave, but I could contact Morgan or Brittany for immediate assistance. I emailed both of them 3 days ago and still haven’t received a response. It shouldn’t be this difficult.
As a patient of Dr. Thiel I will likely just call his office when I need supplements in the future. They are much more reliable and easy to get in touch with.
