Great products and excellent communication. I have ordered these fence panels before and they are by far the best. I was kept informed throughout the whole process and on the day my order arrived bang on time. I would have no hesitation in recommending or using this company again.

Warped Gate- As a landscaper
Update below - Warped Gate- As a landscaper, I have used Buy Fencing Direct before without any issues, this review isn't based on previous orders; it's on this one, which is a substantial order over £1000.
It looks like there are issues with the gates warping; it must be a bad batch, as there are other 1 star reviews regarding this issue, but rather than take responsibility and replace the warped and unsightly-looking gate they refuse to offer any help, claiming that it's not covered.
Sorry, you have sold a gate, it's dried, then warped. Do the right thing rather than tarnish your reputation and lose a regular customer, and potentially more customers who read this review.
Update after the reply - I have bought and fitted many gates, they do not warp, it will not return to straight, it is 13.5cm out of alignment. The gate has been produced while the timber was damp hence causing the issue. 13.5cm is not a slight warp, it is a manufacturing fault.

Thank you for your feedback, we're sorry for your disatisfaction.
Unfortunately, the images provided did not demonstrate any fault with the gate, but a slight case of warping. We have every faith the timber will relax to its usual state once there is more humidity in the atmosphere. This is entirely natural with timber products and cannot be guaranteed against.
