Bought a Used Audi A3
Bought a used Audi A3. Very easy/painless experience. From using the website, to any questions I had and finally the delivery of the vehicle. I went through the process of arranging finance with them, which was quick and simple. Although I did not use them for this. As with everything you should explore all your options to find the best deal. 5 stars, have used them in the past and would consider them again in the future.

Very clear communication, had a few problems but Buyacar was very easy to work with and solved all my issues, not a very long wait time to talk to someone either and have been supportive all the way through me getting a new car!

Excellent service
This is the 3rd time I have used Buyacar for car purchase.
Excellent experience with Buyacar from start to finish.
Advice from agents re actual car type was very helpful. Finance package was easy to sort out and very quick. Vehicle itself was exactly as described in excellent condition. Delivery was on time with delivery driver keeping me informed of location.
I also took advantage of Buyacars trade in partners and found the process seamless with no issues occurring.
All in all it was a five star service highly recommended.

Service has been brilliant, there was a few issues with getting a car but that was down to dealerships not buy a car they were brilliant and very accommodating with me. Helped me get a car sorted to suit my needs.

Great honest helpful service,car was as described,people were there for every stupid question and I had and left me full of confidence,delivery was early and at a stupid hour in the morning at my request.
Even the delivery driver was cool,turned out he was picking up next to were I was shooting that morning,so got to learn the car inside out with him on the way .
Great experience all round done 5000 miles already in car and not a single problem.
That’s pretty good I reckon.

The vehicle was delivered damaged and Buyacar say it is wear and tear, £35000 12months old vehicle shouldn’t have damages and they want to respray it No compensation is offered just a goodwill gesture of £130 Damage is approx £800 Never again will I use them

As we understand it can be difficult for our customer to arrange a repair themselves, we had organized for a company to call them directly to book in for the relevant repair. At this point, our customer preferred to take a goodwill gesture for the damage presented. It is usual that used vehicles will come with some wear and tear, but we are sorry that the vehicle did not meet expectations here.
