Options available were given upfront. The loan officer that handled my request was very polite and efficient. Request was processed quickly and without issues. The loan processor was efficient and pleasant. The individuals involved kept me informed. The closing was fast and correct. This company was very effective.

Everyone who worked on my loan were friendly and professional. My husband and I started the loan process in March with James Baer, however due to a Notary miss understanding and my husband sudden death that loan was canceled. However James started a new loan process with me as the holder. He than turned it over to Eric Portly who worked hard and got it approved. I am so great full to both James and Eric for all their help and support during a very difficult time in my life.

My dad and I had an excellent experience working with Bo and Nayeli on our HELOC. The process was incredibly fast—much quicker than what we experienced with our credit union. As a senior, one without a computer and one who never mastered using a
