BEW Great Service, Quality - Recommend "5 stars"
The guys at BEW couldn't have been more helpful with our order which included custom sized Stainless Steel Tables, knife and ancillaries.
The manufacture and delivery period was amazing and the table dropped on a Pallet outside the front door within 7 days despite being custom manufactured and the delivery address being 160 miles away. The tables are being used as part on an external kitchen and look amazing and quality is outstanding and are going to last a long time.
As for the 10" BEW Butchers Steak Knife sharp isn't the word for it and great value.
There are cheaper options out there but nowhere near the quality of these tables and knife I wholly recommend.BE

I’ve been a regular customer for years. Orders used to arrive quickly, but now I pay extra for delivery (£4 or even £10) and they’re still always late. My latest order is another example. I do appreciate all the effort your team puts in, and I know the delivery delays aren’t directly your fault. It’s just really frustrating as a loyal customer. I hope this can be improved.

Svar fra Butchers Equipment Warehouse
Hello,
Thank you for taking time to write your review.
We have investigated all the orders you placed over the month of July and we have not found any issues with any of the deliveries for these orders.
All orders were delivered within the specified time frame of your chosen delivery option, with two of your orders actually arriving before the expected due date.
If you can provide some further information regarding the deliveries you have had issues with we would be happy to investigate these for you as well.
I was pleased to find this item was available
I was pleased to find this item was actually available. My only quibble was that my oilstone is two-sided so I would have liked a box which was designed with both sides effectively as lids. But it will do the job ok. Delivery time was quite slow but within the parameters quoted on the web site and the item was not urgent so I'm quite content with that.
