Busy Bees Nurseries - Busy Bees at Dudley Anmeldelser 

Absolute disgrace of a nursery was okay before and had capable people to look after children my eldest attended here no issues at all. Since then staff seem to be alot younger and they send my youngest home nearly everyday. Yes as parents we understand he is difficult but they have literally no time or care or attention for him.
Also there are about 50 children to 2 teachers and my socks are older than them so clearly haven't go children of there own.
Collected child numerous times they don't know where valuables are even leaving my child's coat wet outside in the rain NUMEROUS times.
Taken child out today and safe to say ill keep him at home. Absolute disgrace if a nursery

All three of our children have attended busy bees Dudley, with our youngest still there. It’s an amazing setting, nothing is too much to ask. The staff always go above and beyond to meet the children’s needs. I’m so thankful Busy bees have been a part of my children’s childhood and I couldn’t recommend it enough.

Had a visit prior to our daughter joining the Nursery in Sept 2024 she turned 2 years in July same year. We were told by the staff that she can join from Sep with the tax code from HMRC so the money will be claimed by the nursery from HMRC through the tax code. She went to th Nursery for about a month and we decided to change the Nursery because we did not like Nursery anymore my wife told me there is always smell of dirty dippers when she went to collect her also our daughter had an allergic reaction after a few days and she is not allergic to anything not sure what was that. Once we decided to change her Nursery busy bees sent us an invoice asking for full payment for our daughter 's attendence and now they told us that tax code did not work. We told them that it was their staff who said everything is fine and they are responsible for checking and claiming through tax code we were never informed of any issue with the code. Now busy bees threatens us with passing the invoice to debt recovery service whereas they do not reply to the emails and phone number they have provided for person responsible ( Joanne willis ) never picks up. We are shocked how this Nursery is operating at this level as they have many branches but clearly their staff does not have clue about customer service or how to run the nursery.

Busy Bees have gone above and beyond for our little boy. They have worked with us closely to get him settled and happy in the nursery! They have been understanding of medication needs and are always at the end of the phone if there is ever a problem. The communication between staff and us has been outstanding and we always get to know what he’s been up to throughout the day. He’s gone from being upset most of his nursery day to playing and interacting with adults and children happily, which is down to the staff!

My child always goes in and comes out happy. For me this is a good sign she enjoys the nursery.

All of the staff are professional friendly and amazing with kids. What really stands out for me is how happy all the children are when I drop my daughter off and collect her. She has adjusted so well and is so comfortable with all the staff. Everything from the professionalism, the extra support with development, activities right down to the meals they offer is outstanding. Can’t thank busy bees enough for making something I really dreaded a great experience for the both of us !
