When I received the phone call from 'Compare Life Quotes' in respect of my search for Over 50 Life Insurance I wasn't ready to speak to anyone I was just looking but Andy put me at ease was extremely helpful and before I knew it we were chatting like old friends. He helped me work out what I thought I wanted to what would suit me better. I would certainly use his from again and have no hesitation in recommending him to any of my friends.

I spoke to a few companies re life and critical illness and Brantwood finance was by far the best. After going on their website for a quote (the only company which offers this facility) I got a phone call which was great as everything was explained to me so I knew exactly what my options where and got a policy which best suited my budget and circumstances. Brantwood finace were professional and friendly at all times, always calling back when they said they would. I will definitely be calling them again when my mortgage is up for review and would recommend their service to everyone.

From the outset Mark explained everything in a clear concise way. He was always polite and friendly. ( Ideal sales person). He kept me informed and updated.
The insurance rep was not so good and promised to call me on my landline at a set time. I prepared for his call and he failed to make it. He then left a garbled message on my phone. Fortunately Mark sorted the questions and hopefully everything has gone through.

I dealt with Andrew at Brantwood a couple of years ago. He was very knowledgeable and helpful dealing with my insurance queries. As my life circumstances have changed I called again to get some updated quotes. Same fantastic service and some really helpful advice. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is a bit unsure of what direction to take when requiring any insurance for life or mortgage (which is what I inquired about). Brilliant!

We have used this company for the past 3 years for Will writing and life insurance. We got a really good service and reduced the cost of our previous cover. It was really reassuring that 2 years later we got a phone call to review our cover to check it met our needs. There was a newer product and we actually saved more money. Mark (Donaldson) made a thorough review of all possible life insurance policies. This was made more difficult due to my diagnosis for breast cancer 3 and half years ago. Mark dealt very sensitively with all issues involved, including having to get further information from my consultant in relation to the grade and stage of the cancer.
