the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

Great Service and Great Solutions
Great service and great solutions when it comes to waste management. Last year we purchased the first set of waste watchers, and they worked great for our colleague's cafeteria and then we decided to make them part of our restaurants. They work great to separate all garbage streams.

Near perfect!
Everything went really smoothly. The person I talked to was super friendly, punctual, and helpful. Shipping was very quick as well. The only thing that went wrong was that they shipped out the order earlier than what I had requested it for. HOWEVER, the people whom I talked to were very up-front about the mistake and were really looking to make it right.

Michelle Dun was very helpful and friendly.
The sales person that I dealt with was very helpful. Our garbage cans came quickly. They look wonderful, although one came with a small dent on the bottom. We decided to not worry about it but they are quite expensive, so a dent is not great.

Rae-Ann is great. Very quick and efficient on her responses! We stopped doing a portion of business with a different Vendor Partner to do more work with Bush Systems. This has a lot to do with Rae-Ann!

Had the right product and responsive
Had the right product and responsive. We were looking for a "Rubbermaid Slim Jim" style of container but not quite as tall with the lid on them. The Waste Watchers work well for us. They also had green recycle wastebaskets for us to use.
We're a church and hoping to do more composting!
