Factual Consumer Report: Unilateral Service Termination Due to Third-Party Dispute
On May 9, 2026, I checked into Bulton Hotel Airport with a fully prepaid reservation made via the online platform Otelz. Approximately one hour after my check-in was approved and I settled into the room, the hotel administration demanded an additional cash payment. The management stated that this demand was due to a commercial and financial dispute between the hotel and the booking agency.
Upon my refusal to make a duplicate payment for an already paid room, the management unilaterally terminated the accommodation service and requested me to vacate the room at 1:30 PM. The hotel administration has formally confirmed this incident and the underlying agency dispute in a written email response to my inquiry.
This review is a factual report of my personal consumer experience. The case has been officially submitted to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and the Ministry of Trade for regulatory review.
