Bought a tactical rucksack £80 at xmas and the zips have bust and it wasn't fit for purpose.Very disappointed

Terrible customer service. I initially emailed Bulldog Gear customer service 30 mins after placing an order online to cancel the item.
I have sent multiple emails to Bulldog Gear customer service since asking for conformation that the order has been cancelled but have had no response.
I also phoned their customer service telephone number: 0343 289 9295 was kept waiting for 20 mins before I gave up and hung up.

Ordered wrong size kettle bell,within a matter of hours sorted it. Then they ordered me the correct size. All in a morning work for them!
Brilliant customer service

I ordered a squat bar, but received some gymnastics rings and a bench. I told them about it and they sent someone to collect the incorrect good. That was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't received my squat bar or a refund, and no response to my emails. At this point they have literally taken my money and given me nothing in return. Appalling service.

I don't know how good my product is as Bulldog Gear use DPD Local... and as anyone who buys online knows, DPD Local are the delivery firm that don't actually deliver.

Charged £9 for delivery, before end of allotted time was given an email saying sorry you weren't in (I was) and that they are delivering it to a shop about 1-2 miles from my house....

Pathetic service and I hope Bulldog Gear realise the damage done to their brand by this sort of service. I for one will never buy from them again whilst DPD are the provider of delivery for them

Purchased 1.9” Olympic barbell clamps very happy with product exactly what is required for equipment with 2” tubing that’s actually around 47/48mm and not 2” as you think (eg some farmers walk handles or my leg press) has this problem clamps perfect for these . Super quick delivery very happy.

Really poor experience from customer service. Asked to write this review in return for a discount code, used it at checkout and then during the payment process the discount was removed. Customer service not interested in helping and just cancelled the order.

Delivery charges are very high, breaking up orders can make delivery cheaper… £55 delivery for a trap bar, that’s another 22% on top.

I browsed a bunch of products adding them to my basket to check delivery, then received an email ‘Thanks for your order’ but I hadn’t ordered anything.

Shop elsewhere, their products are overpriced, and delivery is a hidden charge. Wolverson Fitness, Muscle Squad, BLK BOX all have free delivery and their products are just as good

I had an issue with my Assault Bike, so I contacted customer service to see what they advised. In return, Bulldog responded promptly, providing detailed instructions on how to solve my issue, and even sent me a replacement part after being unable to resolve it myself. Thank you Bulldog.

My experience mirrors those seen here already. Order arrived missing some components. No response from customer service so I'm now left with a partial squat stand which is no use and has cost me a chunk of change.

Belt I bought lasted less than 10 times and kept popping open mid lift. Poor quality and poor customer service not bothered to offer any help or resolution!

My order arrived slightly damaged, customer services were quick to respond and have sent out a new product and will also collect the damaged one

The foldable wall dip bar is great value for money, very sturdy and easy to fold away. Will be back to buy more in the future!

Terrible service, don't answer emails or calls.

Bulldog are interested in selling product and are responsive up to the point of sale. When they have your money things change. You can't speak to anyone as all correspondence is through e-mail. They don't answer e-mails. Very poor customer service. Think carefully before dealing with this company.

Spent a lot in a home gym. Been over 3 months and have barely a third of the kit has arrived. All purchases were supposedly in stock. They do not respond to any e-mails. There customer service is pathetic. Will never buy from them again.

Bought the rings, they charged £7.50 for delivery. Item arrived delayed. Ignoring my emails. I’m not happy paying that much for two week delivery.
I’ll be shopping elsewhere where is free delivery.

The products (from the small amount I have actually received) seem great.
However, the customer service is awful. Some of the worst I have experienced. They are more more happy to take your money, but then can provide no update of where your order is a month later, not reply to any questions about why the delivery is delayed yet still have the cheek to ask you to review those products that they haven't even delivered.

I have been using Bulldog Gear for my home gym installation and have had nothing but excellent service, even during a very difficult period for the company with COVID-19. Nick Smith has kept me constantly updated with progress, and has been a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend as there equipment is of extremely high quality too. David Taylor

I pre-ordered a bar and a set of hybrid bumper plates back in November. The company had delays because of the pandemic, but I didn't mind that so much. When they arrived, I was extremely pleased. Unfortunately, after a couple of months of use, one of the 20kg plates vinyl coating has cracked near the bottom. I reached out to Bulldog to inform them of the issue, and after a few weeks, they reached out and apologised. They couldn't ship out another set of plates, but they did refund me for them. The only thing I would say is a little inconvenient is the wait times to hear back from them. On the whole it was a pleasant experience

The real deal , good communication and great quality products. They will be outfitting my future project ! The one problem you will have with them is limited stock but that speaks for itself.
