Madison Philips has provided excellent ongoing support with construction warranty provision across our projects. She is always professional, responsive and reliable, and we greatly appreciate her continued hard work.

London Belgravia team, especially Ms Jennifer Wilson has been very helpful to assist on all queries and giving their best support to building owner on building warranty documentation requirements.

Great team and have used them over a number of resent developments. From initial discussions through to the final documentation, smooth, communicative and most of all personable, no issues recommending the team... Thanks to Matt and Jenny, both know what they are doing........

We used LBB to arrange the structural warranty on our latest development and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Jasper Hayes looked after us throughout and was a pleasure to deal with, clear guidance, quick to respond, and always on hand to keep things moving. He kept us well informed on timings and made sure everything was in place well ahead of our deadlines. Genuinely felt like he was on our side rather than just processing paperwork. Would happily recommend LBB, and Jasper in particular, to anyone needing warranty cover for a construction project. We look forward to working with them again on the next one.

We are an SME residential developer who were in the market for build warranty quotes for our Lincolnshire new build development of eight houses.

We had already obtained quotations when we were personally introduced to London Belgravia Brokers in January 2026. An initial call with LBB Consultant Jasper Hayes immediately put us at ease, who made light work of understanding our requirements. Jasper not only swiftly returned a quotation with a provider we had not been previously quoted for, but one which included additional inspections and a lower premium than our other quotes.

Over the course of the next 6 months whilst we grappled with funding setbacks, Jasper stayed in touch refreshing our quotation accordingly each time we felt we were close to completion. All documentation was attended to prior, so when we finally completed it was a simple matter of transferring the premium.

We could not be happier with the high level of service we have received from Jasper at London Belgravia Brokers, who will be our ‘go-to’ warranty broker for our next project.

Jordan was a class act from start to finish. Communication and flexibility when we needed it was very much appreciated.

Maddie at Buidlsafe was a great help throughout the process providing advice and knowledge along the way. Great experience and would highly recommend

I required a PCC for a new build and Dominique provided a first class proactive service and responded to any questions very promptly.

Five months after the completion I required some additional admin support and Dominique dealt with and completed my requirement in less than an hour, amazing customer service.

I would highly recommend using the services of this business.

Karen at London Belgravia was brilliant. She was really helpful all the way through the process of procuring Structural Defects Insurance and went out of her way to make things simple for us. She’s also very friendly and easy to deal with; nothing was too much trouble. Because of the service we had from Karen, we’d definitely use London Belgravia again.

We have been dealing with Karen at London Belgravia for several years now and we would not hesitate to recommend both her and London Belgravia to anyone. Karen always goes above and beyond what is required and if she's given timescales she has always achieved them. Thank you once again Karen.......You are a star !

Have your heard the term "not all superheros wear capes" Well I have just meet one by the name of Karen Wilson from LBB. Karen approached our complex situation with such calm professionalism which is not often seen these days. She always updated us on every part of the journey and would try her best to reassure us that the policy would be issued, without over promising. She truly is a very valued consultant. There is no doubt in my opinion we would not have sorted this problem out without her. Thank you so much Karen for going above and beyond. Kim Cove

We are building a small development of 8 bungalows and have had some difficult issues with utilities.

Buildsafe have been really flexible and understanding about inspections and issuing certificates quickly on a one-by-one basis.

Excellent all round! Their pricing is also very competitive.

Jennifer helped us navigate through the process and was understanding of any concerns we had. Couldn't recommend them more.
