My engraved plates are very well made
My engraved plates are very well made, exactly what I wanted, delivered quickly. The online design tool takes a bit of getting used to but is in fact the best such tool I was able to find for any engraving site. Would definitely use again.

Personal service
I was pleased that there was someone at the end of the phone to help me sort out our order so that I didn't have to work it out by my self and they quickly located our order each time I rang.

Under promised but over delivered!
We placed an order with Brunnel which were needed for an award ceremony, the timeline was very tight and it looked an impossible task.
However, with good communication, we agreed on a slight tweak to product design, the company under promised but over delivered. Products were ready for us just in time for the ceremony!
I would highly recommend them over and over again.

The most important thing for me is the fact I can pick up the phone - explain my challenges ( usually digital and being old) - often to speak to the same person who I get to know by name- they understand help - patiently support me in completing orders etc
The outcomes are great - very professional -prompt when I made a mistake I was refunded It is the personal touch in this digital age that makes all the difference. Thank you
