Lash tech told me at the end that if she wasn’t in a salon she won’t have done on
Why didn’t you tell me that in the beginning?
All they care about is money
And I have now got red blotches on my eye

Had my hair trimmed by lovely Chloe today at Chelmsford Brown & White salon .Very friendly staff even made me a cuppa of ginger bread coffee. Better still got discount as got Black Friday discount to well chuffed.

Definitely be back go X visit them soon

Myself and my friend went to have a piercing today and we were both a bit nervous but Jasmine and Kelsey were brilliant and were very reassuring. Great friendly service and we are both really pleased with our piercing.

Jasmine is a really lovely caring young lady from Chelmsford salon she made me feel really at home. Took her time to talk through the colours that would suit me. I’ve already made an appointment for December. All the ladies were very friendly x

Had a really great experience having BIAB gel nails done at Chelmsford branch with Kelsey today. She took her time and made my nails look lovely 😊

I have been using the Lexden Salon for over a year now and keep going back for various services! Great atmosphere and an extensive range of treatments. All the staff and very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The salon is always very clean and tidy. I highly recommend you try this salon, don’t hesitate, you won’t be disappointed.

Think this must be the loveliest hair salon I have ever been to. All the staff are super friendly, welcoming and helpful, it’s soooo pretty and great location.

I was recommended to ask for hairdresser Anna by a friend and after a little while waiting to get an appointment just because she is so busy, I got my hair cut and coloured yesterday - definitely worth the wait! Anna is a really lovely person and so skilled at her job. From the start I had complete confidence in her as she listens to what you’re asking, matches that with her expertise and agrees a plan with you.

The cut and balayage process was done so carefully and I walked out feeling a million dollars. Definitely found my hairdresser, thank you Anna and the lovely B&W team.

My wife booked an appointment to get her eyebrows
tinted.She was told that a deposit was to be paid and called asked me to pop in and pay the deposit.I called into the Chelmsford branch to pay the deposit and was told it was £9.50 deposit but was told by my wife on the phone that she was told £7.50 which I paid.
The young lady behind the counter then confirmed the date and I replied that the date was wrong and that it was the day after she had down. My wife went to the salon on the day requested and she was told that she had missed her appointment and lost her deposit.After complaining that something had gone wrong with the date booked she just said that we had lost our deposit and she might be able to book us in again and pay full price.Very bad customer service and totaly out of order.Will not be visiting Brown and White again.Un sypathetic and tuff luck attitude ,Rip off.

I wouldn’t recommend booking at this salon, I had a test patch on Thursday for a infill the lady assessed my lashes and said that I would be fine and took a deposit for the infill. I arrived to my appointment today and was told that I would have to pay for a full set due to the opinion of there not being 50% of lashes there. I wasn’t upset about this as every shop has there policies however I felt I deserved my deposit back as I turned up to the appointment, I had a test patch and they refused the treatment . I was treated disrespectfully by the girl who served me. Lucy the girl who was meant to do my appointment did seem nice but whoever she was working this morning was horrid. I feel that customer service training is definitely needed for her. I did have a conversation with the manger over the phone and got my deposit back but the girl behind the till made a very simple interaction difficult for no reason. Being rude and threatening to call authorities on customers isn’t on. If could give this salon zero stars, I would.

Had my lashes done in the Chelmsford clinic by Lucy and love them! Salon is stunning, all staff are super friendly and absolutely in love with my lashes. Have also now found my new place to get sunbeds!

I visited brown and white lexden for the first time a few weeks ago. Justine was absolutely amazing with her information. I had Botox into my masseter muscle as I grind my teeth at night and one side was always bigger than the other. Finally, now I am not so lopsided. Justine gave me advice as to what treatment I needed for other parts of my face, and this evening I returned for top lip filler and filler in my nasolbiabial fold! I am so pleased with the results. I went to the Lexden salon in Colchester for 1ml of lip filler with the gorgeous Justine.
As a newbie to fillers I was very unsure of what i needed and very very nervous. From start to finish the experience was incredible. The girls at the front desk put my mind at rest, really took the time to explain the procedure to me, reassure me and topped up my numbing cream when I arrived.
Justine was just incredible. She listened to exactly what I wanted and did a mixture of techniques to achieve the look I was after. She was so gentle and professional and I can honestly say the whole treatment was a breeze.
When she revealed the result I was speechless. After years of feeling insecure about my lips and overlining them, I finally feel confident to walk out with just lip balm on. They’re simply stunning. The lift she achieved is beautiful.
I can’t rate this salon highly enough, I will definitely be returning here for any treatments I have. 10/10, thank you so so much for my new lips.

Lauren has cut and dyed my hair a few times now. She is friendly, informative and listens to what I would like. She has achieved the exact result I have asked for every time. All staff are friendly. Never short of conversation and a smile. So glad this salon has opened up in our area! My absolute go to :-)

I’ve visited the Colchester town salon every 3 weeks for the past 7 months and couldn’t recommend it enough. All the staff are so welcoming and chatty! The salon itself is stunning and always so clean . I’ve been getting my lashes done by Katie and Ali both girls are so lovely and make me feel comfortable during my appointments. I leave the salon so incredibly happy and feel confident every time as they do the most stunning lashes. I’ve had my eyebrows wax and tinted by both Charlie and Ali who have done an amazing job each time. I’ve used their sun-beds as well as having a few other treatments and also been very satisfied in their service . I always look forward to all my appointments and never leave disappointed. Can’t recommend the salon enough!!!!
