Amazing effort
Brooke was truely amazing. We had many many hurdles to jump over. And when it was over it still wasn’t over. Brooke was determined to get it over the line. I have used Paul and his team before and I would recommend Broker Co to anyone.
I’ll be using them again if they like it or not lol. Thanks again

I cannot praise Jodie & Monique more highly. Not only are they knowledgeable and efficient they are both extremely understanding and compassionate to a stressful situation. I was regularly kept up to date with progress and their experience within the market was invaluable in having my loan application proceed smoothly. Where others disappointed they exceeded.

Mary from Broker Co was super efficient, and really found a great product that fitted our needs in a really short time span. I’ll be using Broker Co and Mary again every time!

Fantastic service. Friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend BrokerCo to anyone. Paul and Brooke were amazing.

This has to be one of the best broker companies I have had the pleasure of working with. My loan situation was a quite difficult one; however, the team managed to sort out my loans with ease. They were polite, thorough and showed personal engagement with my situation. They are professional and genuine in their approach. I felt as though they really cared about giving me the best outcome possible.

Mary was fantastic, in the past when I tried to refinance directly through a bank, the whole task was very arduous, but this time Mary it so very easy for me, she is a great advocate, knows her stuff and will obtain the best deal for you.

Mary was very thorough and made the whole experience very easy.
We are really happy with the product that Mary offered.
Excellent service. Would highly recommend Mary.

Wow What a Team.

This was my first time applying for a Home Loan, Ashley and Team have been incredible all the way through the process. They have helped to keep me informed throughout the whole process and have assisted with any small hurdle that has come up to make it a simple process the whole way along.

We were extremely happy with Kristie’s help and advice. Would 100% recommend her to everyone!!!!!!

After many years of using less than helpful lenders I was fortunate enough to refinance properties through Kristie and I can safely say I would never go anywhere else, from the professionalism start to finish all the way to exhilarating emails and updates I can’t rate the service highly enough.
Thanks again for your outstanding work and without hesitation I would recommend your services to anyone looking for finance help.
Thanks again.

Ash & Paul been outstanding! As a new home owner, they have been patient with me explaining anything I'm unsure of.
Excellent communications updating me and guiding me through the whole process.
I'm so grateful and highly recommend them.
My best wishes Julie

Thank you so very much to Kristie and the team at BrokerCo.
You helped me every step of the way and made the entire process of my first home loan an easy and stress free experience.
Can’t thank you enough.
Would recommend the BrokerCo team.
Thanks again.

Kristie was such a lovely lady to deal with. She is super helpful and did not hesitate to jump in and help explain things that we(first home buyers) had no clue about. She powered through my endless questions and always made herself available to us. Thank you Kristie

More hassle than not dealing with Mary Harford. Incompetent and giving incorrect feedback of where the loan process is at. Would not explain the process even after being asked several times. Continued to call me at work even though was asked not to call in work hours - several times. Has completely screwed up my deal with a car dealership as she promised my loan would be ready by Sat 8 May... now it's not even going to settlement until 1 June!! What a scam of a brokerage. Will not be recommending to anyone. The service (or should I say non-service) has been disgraceful. Very disappointed I thought this would save me time and hassle as your ad states - not the case at all.

We cannot thank Kristie enough for helping us get our home loan. We are first home owners/builders and the whole thing seemed at times too overwhelming, and having to wait was a bit stressful. But having Kristie and the team at Brokerco reassured us that it was completely normal and we’re confident it would all be ok. Well worth the perseverance, and would not have happened if it wasn’t for Kristie and the team, so we are extremely grateful. Always there to answer calls, emails and texts and extremely helpful. Highly recommend!

I have already recommended BrokerCo to family, friends and workmates. Very happy with the care that was given by Kristie when I refinanced using BrokerCo. I did not have the time to find the best deal myself and I was very grateful that Kristie did that for me without any fuss. Communication continue throughout the process which I believe is very important in making sure there are no mistakes. Thank you BrokerCo and in particular Kristie. Sandi

Mary was really helpful from the start of our home loan journey advised what would be a good option for us and helped us get a great loan with a reputable big lender ANZ.
The process was long but one we were determined to follow through and follow the advice of Mary to get to the end successfully as that was the ultimate goal.
Mary was always on the ball and really had the knowledge for us when we were unsure of things I would recommend Mary to anyone that wishes to persue a home loan and reach there goals in owning there own home.
Thankyou for your help Mary you have made Anna and Nigel Pugh two very happy homeowners.

Top marks to Matthew and Monique who were able and willing to help me when no one else would!!
