My husband and I refinanced our home loan with BrokerCo. We dealt with Paul Westcott and Danielle Downs. From the very first conversation to the Pre-approval stage, was welcoming, seamless and efficient. All details at each step were communicated and explained properly. Good communications; prompt, efficient & easy to work with

This was my first time using a Broker. Previously, I went directly to my bank and my experience this time around has been so much better (and quicker!).
