I had never heard of or used Broadway Candy before this order so I was sceptical. I checked reviews and all seemed fine. It was the only place I could get my preferred chicken stock from so I put in an order. I was highly delighted with the results. The order was shipped and arrived quickly. I was kept updated along the way. I would highly recommend them and I will use them again.

The SNYDERS of hanavor pretzels were told to myself for flavour , after I placed a sous chef order. To great satisfaction in choice of pretzel full flavours. Yes I will buy again.

The All Gold Tomato sauce was great value, amazing quality. The Spur sauce unfortunately had a very short shelf life.

my purchases arrived within 3 days.
shortbread biscuits were passed best before2025 which I was aware of ordered 2 packets tried them and they tasted greasy,quite unpleasant.
I contacted the company over a week and a half to ask if they were still ok....still waiting for a reply meanwhile I have disguarded both packets.
I won't be being from this company again.

No matter what I have ordered from Broadway candy as always been dispatched and received nearly always next day. The products are great and value for money this is why we use them in our gifts for children. As there perfect for what we need.

Be careful to order with this company. I am really disappointed with Broward candy and also with Amazon. I never received the product.
After several contacts with both companies trying to fix the problem, Broward candy insists on stating that I received the product, then Amazon contact me, asking me to make a police report. I went to the police, but since it wasn't an emergency, they scheduled it for two weeks later. And when I tried to use the Amazon link to file the police report, it was no longer available. I tried contacting Amazon customer service, and they told me they would try to validate the link again, but it wasn't certain and that's how it stayed. I'm still waiting, without a response from Amazon. Simply ignored and with a loss of over €130.00, not counting the import tax, which was also paid to the Belgian postal service. I've been an Amazon Prime customer since 2018 and have spent a lot of money on Amazon, but with all this, I've completely lost confidence in this company.
From now on, I'm going to rethink how I shop.
About Broward Candy, it wasn't the first time they've caused me problems (I only bought again because I need the product and sometimes I can only find it at this company), in my mind I know they are completely disorganized or scammers.
