I’m enjoyed with different clothes called Boss, I loved it and indeed very smart and good qualities. Disappointed with Broadley to be closed shortly .

Great pricing and service
Bought a Boss shirt. It was £30 cheaper than at 2 of the bigger, well known stores.
Super quick delivery.
Many thanks

My item arrived damaged
My item arrived damaged. I have emailed Broadleys multiple times without any response. They clearly do not care about the customer. I will not be shopping with them again. Stay well clear.

Svar fra Broadleys
Dear Mr Collins
I am very sorry to hear the item you ordered arrived damaged.
We have not received any emails from you about this issue.
We will send you an email for further details on this matter and hopefully we can get this resolved.
Update on review: We promptly reached out to the customer upon learning about the issue raised in their review. Prior to this, there had been no indication of any problem via email.
Despite multiple requests, we have yet to receive any photo evidence of the alleged damage or copies of the emails supposedly sent to us, as of Friday, 23rd February.
At Broadleys, we prioritise customer satisfaction and address concerns with the utmost care. Our track record, evident in numerous positive Trustpilot reviews, reflects our commitment to going above and beyond for our customers. We offer multiple channels of communication, including phone, email, and live chat.
Considering the lack of evidence provided, we believe the criticism levelled in this review to be unfounded and not reflective of the service we strive to provide.
