I did not receive a dispatch email; however, the delivery came to Slovenia, Postojna, within 1 week.

Order went smoothly. We required an additional item after ordering which they added to our order. Our package arrived in around 10 days to Greece so happy to recommend and will definitely be using again for items we cannot buy here in future.

Excellent service, fast shipping and great prices. Very flexible customer service. I'd forgotten a couple of items which they were able to add last-minute; paid for them through PayPal without incurring any extra shipping costs. Highly recommended.

Two days after we placed our order we found on their website that an "Out of Stock" item had become available. So we telephoned British Store Online to request two of the product be added to our order. They were very helpful and were able to fulfil our request.

Good choice, fresh food is of top quality. Good communication via email. Sound delivery advice and good packaging. Recommended to friends in Italy

I can only agree with elements of others' negative reviews. The carrier doesn't supply tracking information to you when the order is despatched and when prompted by emails to the store the courier then shows a link and the information to date but it is not updated until the order miraculously arrives at the door without announcement. I say miraculously as l received a message possibly by them saying that they could not deliver a couple of days previously as nobody was at home. Utter Rubbish! I thought that it was a scam.
As l say, others have similarly been let down by the courier and if the store persists in using them, and they aren't cheap, it reflects on poor judgement by the store and if they persist in using this delivery company l will place no further orders and sadly forgo the credit note for items that they didn't have in stock.
Hard for a Scotsman l can tell you.

Delivered within a week to my home in Portugal (by DPD, good service). Everything arrived as described and well packed. Fast delivery and good prices. Highly recommend. This was the first time I have used this company so was slightly apprehensive, but all worked perfectly!

Good and quick delivery. My only slight complaint is lack of correspondence. I got a confirmation of order and payment and that was it. I was worried it might not be a legitimate company. Then I got a mail from the courier that they were on their way. No notice of dispatch etc. Apart from that, I got what I ordered nice and fast and now I know what to expect, would order here again.
