I ordered Sensodyne Rapid Relief Whitening toothpaste from British Pharmacare on October 28 because it’s hard to find locally. I paid $37 for two tubes and waited almost two weeks, only to receive the wrong product — the standard Sensodyne Rapid Relief (non-whitening).

When I contacted the company, they dismissed my concern with a generic response claiming the “manufacturer updated the packaging and formulation.” That explanation was completely false — the whitening version is still being sold by Sensodyne and other legitimate retailers.

To make matters worse, after I complained, the company changed the product photo on their website to match what they shipped — clearly trying to cover their mistake. They didn’t realize that they kept the description the same which reflects the whitening product. They refused to send the correct item or refund me. I disputed the charge through PayPal, which thankfully ruled in my favor.

This experience was frustrating, misleading, and unprofessional. Avoid ordering from British Pharmacare — they are not transparent, and you may not receive what you paid for.

Fast service and everything well packaged.

It shipped very quick to the United States with zero issues. They sent me the tracking within 12 hours and received it in just a few days. The toothpaste is great! I’m finally able to brush my teeth without getting nauseous or having tons of mucus due to strong flavors or foam. Thank you
