Charged me £25.00 to park a car and trailer .
It states parking is £7.00 per vehicle.
So even if I payed for 2 spaces it should be only £14.00 . Also didn't take American express when they said they do

Unsafe, poor service and no basic care — do not stay here

I stayed at Britannia Leeds Airport for a few days, hoping for somewhere safe to recover after leaving a frightening situation. Instead, my stay was stressful, unsafe, and deeply upsetting.

No heating or comfort: My room had no heating, and I had to use my own bedding. The beds were single, uncomfortable, and not what I had booked. When I asked to change rooms or get a refund, I was told the hotel was “fully booked.”

Lack of basic care: I struggled to get essential items like toilet paper, and no one came to clean or even check on my room.

Unsafe environment: I felt targeted by a group of men during my stay and experienced behaviour that felt discriminatory and threatening. Staff at reception made loud, humiliating comments, accusing me of booking under a false name, even after I showed my ID. This public shaming left me feeling unsafe, paranoid, and extremely distressed, especially as I was already recovering from trauma.

Poor staff response: Staff gave conflicting information and were often dismissive of my concerns. The only kindness I experienced was from two bar staff, including a lovely Filipino lady, who treated me with respect.

By the end of my stay, I felt ignored, unsafe, and even experienced panic attacks as a result of how I was treated.

I wasted my money here. If you need a secure and supportive place to recover, this is not it. The hotel environment is unsafe, uncaring, and unprofessional. The only positives were the kindness of a few staff members and some friendly fellow guests, but overall, I would never return.

Carrington house hotel bournemouth is an absolute pit of a place, from arriving to leaving in the morning.
The place is filthy, the staff rude, the packed breakfast was the cheapest items I've ever had, I just gave them right back.
There were no rubber bath mat to put in the bath to have a shower, to be honest you would need welly boots to go in it.
We were with a coach tour or would have went elsewhere, there were no shops nearby so couldn't even go get anything.

I am staying in the Britannia Hotel in Birmingham. It is centrally located situated as it is within 250 yards of New St railway station. My room has a comfortable double bed a large screen TV and there is an excellent power shower in the bathroom. The wi/fi reception is good and it’s free,unlike some more expensive hotels who charge £5 a day. All this for an average of £55 per night.(I stayed four nights and will do so again.)

Omg where do I start... do NOT stay at the norbreck castle hotel in Blackpool it is the absolute PITS.... filthy rotten dirty rooms with dead bugs and mouse droppings on corner.. dust thick on curtain pelmet.. curtains hanging off rails... broken and dangerous bath panels... room not been cleaned in months.. dirty bath and carpets
Complained and was offered a free bottle of wine on our next stay!!!!!!. Which is obviously never going to happen and they know it..... this hotel does NOT meet health and safety standards and should be condemned

I will never use your hotels, I hope you go bust once they are all out of your hotel and I hope know one ever uses your place again.

Stay at The Royal Court hotel in Coventry.
I am a regular client, as the pricing is attractive however, I have regularly experienced issues with vehicle parking, staff totally disinterested. Breakfast is generally something of a scrummage, on 16th August it was particularly poor, as the hotel was catering for several coach parties, in addition to the regular hotel clientele, and the consequences were simply complete chaos.
I notice that the car park and outside areas have been tidied, since I noticed how abysmal they were last Autumn. One glaring problem, there is only two disabled spaces in the whole car park. BRITANNIA, thi is totally inadequate, and it doesn't comply with the spirit of the Disability Rights legislation, please review this.
Some parts of the hotel are quite shabby and poorly maintained e.g. the elevator, which actually contained detritus. The wheelchair assistance platform has an "out of order" notice affixed, no help for a disabled person!
Staff are generally helpful, it won't take much to address the issues, do let's see some small improvements, please.

Totally unacceptable putting money before people, stay away from this hotel group, only interested in government cash handouts. No paying guests? Just free loading asylum seekers paid for by my tax and yours.

Avoid at all costs,
The hotel reception staff are unfriendly, even rude, and can be aggressive. Other guests complained of this, as well as ourselves.

There isn't a star rating 0, there should be.
The hotel room in Llandudno was the worst that I have ever stayed in, it is nothing like the Web site description. the balcony was rusty and filthy, I have photos. The manager said I would be given a refund from head office customer services. Customer said that it is hotel that gives refunds. I have emailed 3 times and phoned. No response. They clearly just ignore genuine complaints.

Norbreck Castle Blackpool
My partner and I arrived on the 25th of July. On the way to Blackpool, we checked in and paid online as suggested that it will speed up the process. However, we still waited 40 minutes to get the key to the room ( one person at the desk), just to find out that we had to pay again!
The results caused us some stress, as we ended up paying double for the room, which left us with significantly less money to enjoy our stay. While it was ultimately the hotel’s fault, we received no apology or compassation regarding the situation.
No soap in the dispenser.
No working TV remote.
Damp!
Police cars on Friday and Saturday!
We had a room on the bottom floor and here is the best! Noisy forklift in use after 11pm !!! Wake me up! As there was no phone in the room to get in touch with the reception, I had to put on clothes and go to the reception to address the issue. The gentleman was very defensive and tried to blame one of the guests. Again no apology!
Kids running uncontrolled till midnight!
Drunk guests arguing till 2 a.m. no reaction from hotel staff!
The next morning, absolutely shattered, we decided to check out as soon as possible!
Tried to speak with the receptionist about double payments and the issue we had over the night, however, again, no help or apology! Just been given a card with a telephone number. The lady was rude and talked over me, as if she wanted to get rid of me as soon as she could.
The staff need training on how to deal with the complaints!
I can understand that at the low price we won't get a luxury but a clean room should be a standard!

The company is very secretive, they disable comments on their youtube videos and facebook posts. It's almost like they're hiding something. It's almost like they're trying to cover up the sex grooming gang activity that's allegedly is happening in their hotels. But that's just a theory. What other reason is there to disable comments and to suppress the voice of the public/customer?

It is now clear to absolutely everyone in the UK, what this revolting company truly is!!! Avoid these disgusting hotels. Make no mistake, there are much much better places to stay than this lot!!
