First time using Bristol Park and Fly but would defineitly use again when flying from Bristol airport. Secure carpark and you take your keys with you. Picked up and dropped back at car with no fuss. Great communication. Could not fault the service.

Great location after a flight delay and easy to follow instructions.
However after getting to the accommodation in torrential rain, dragging our suitcases across the gravel car park the room was small. My son had a mattress on the floor not really a delux double for three people!
So noisy next to main road & walls are so thin you hear the conversation next door, hairdryers etc. Other guests not respectful of others staying. Cars pulled up next to our window to load up, smoking coming through to our room.

We have just used Bristol Park & Fly for the second time the service and communication is excellent - booking online is easy & you are guided all the way.Parking is secure. Its located only 10mins from the terminal and taxi transfer is arranged for drop off and pickup. We were giving information before and while you are away by text and emails keeps you up to date. Thank you

The main administer Sayjel who keeps in contact and give information before and while you are away by text and emails keeps you up to date. Would recommend this company to everyone and we will be using them again....Thank you

Everything was easy to use and book. The room was perfect with coffee facilities and breakfast bars, communication with the proprietor was great. She was polite and very helpful and after a call everything was booked. The car parking is secure, easy and very convenient. Paul the taxi driver was also very polite and punctual and pleasant. Our flight was delayed and he arranged another taxi that was prompt and helpful. This is the best car parking service that we have experienced. Communication was exceptional.

The carpark was very close to the airport, our taxi driver Paul was waiting for us on the morning of departure (7am) and on return the pick up driver was held up by traffic so a taxi was booked for us at Bristol Airport.We knew our car was secure as you needed a key code to get in and you kept your keys with you. Communications between owners and Paul was 1st class.Would definitely use again.We have an electric car and just down the road at a farm shop were charging points.

Everything was on point. Great communication, driver waiting when we got there, parked car up, took keys and got dropped right to the door of arrivals.
Upon return the driver wasn't available for another 20 Minutes , so the car park owner arranged another taxi right outside the departure doors at no extra cost!
That to me is great customer service and I will definitely be using them again.
Don't understand the negative comments on here, this has to be one of the best for Bristol airport. Be on time and communicate!

Very good service, great location, all correspondence was clear and useful. I love that I can park my car and take my keys with me, so I know my car isn't being used while I'm on holiday. Cheaper than silver zone and better. I highly recommend.

Great service, easy to find, and you keep your keys so car doesn't get moved.
Paul, our driver, was curteous, and was on time both taking us to the airport and collecting us on our return after midnight.
I would recommend using this company if flying from Bristol, so much easier than the huge, sometimes frantic Silver car park.

I've used this company for the last 4 years, for 3 or 4 trips per year I've never had a problem the company is run very professionally Sayjel and Russel are always ready to please, and Paul the in-house Private Taxi driver is always friendly on time on the outward and inward flights, never had to wait longer than a few minutes either way. The parking is 100% secure a bonus is you park the car yourself and take the keys with you, and that's where it stays until you return. No other person has access to your pride & joy, I know some parks take & drive your car upto 12 miles from where you dropped it off and then parked in a muddy field, this is definitely not the case with this company, you can leave for your well earned holiday knowing your vehicle is safe & Secure. Personally I wouldn't dream of using anyone else, last time I used them was 2 weeks ago (April 16th) and I'm booked in again next month, (23rd June 2024) and know that the previous excellent customer service will continue for which I thank you Rgds Steve.

Last week parked the car very early morning, it was dark but no driver present to take us to Bristol airport, phoned the landline and mobile contact numbers but no reply. After a few times of calling, I received a text message saying driver has already left as we were 15 minutes late. If that was true the driver should have called us as we were coming from Cardiff. We were left stranded and nearly missing our flight and had to get a Uber to take us to airport. On the way back had to get another Uber to take us to the car, which cost us more again. Very BAD unreliable service which I would not recommend.

Used Bristol park and fly on a recent trip and I was very happy with the experience.
The taxi from the parking was waiting to take us to the airport. Upon our return, which was after 11pm, a taxi was booked for us to get back to the parking location.
Overall, I would recommend them and I would use them again.

We used the meet and greet with bristolparkandfly. Honestly I don't understand the bad reviews here. The car was collected within 30 minutes of calling them, The guy who collected was polite, prompt and friendly. On the way back arriving today we called and they said 30 minutes and again arrived promptly and on time. The guy delivering our car back did mention the mess of our car. And it was a fair statement, We can only appoligise he had to drive our dusty old car with taped up window. Unfortunately time had not been on our side before traveling with our severely autistic son and long work hours. So we really would like to appoligise for this. However we would fully recommend bristolparkandfly to others and especially family's who struggle with disabled children. The price and service was faultless. We will use you again in future. Thanks to both drivers and the company for making a stressful holiday that little bit less stressful

The help, information and ease of travelling to the airport are second to none. This was the most stress free, friendly, value for money service I have ever discovered when flying from Bristol. Thankyou to Sayjel and Paul for your help and kindness

This is such a good find. Stayed overnight before an early flight from Bristol the following morning, parked for the duration of the trip and transferred to airport and back. The room was great - clean and comfortable with a nice en-suite. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night's sleep before an early start. The communications throughout are excellent. I had queries before booking, and got an instant response. Once booked, the texts with instructions were clear and the number and name of driver provided for the 4.00am transfer (as well as a couple of other numbers to contact if we experienced any problems) - this arrived spot on time. Got a text the day before we were due to return with instructions for the transfer back - phoned as soon as we had cases and they arrived within 5 minutes. Couldn't fault the whole experience. Will definitely use again and have recommended to others already. Thank you for making it all so seamless.

Called company on arrival back in Bristol. Firstly phone continually rang & rang - tried for 15 mins. Eventually the company called us back and said there phone was playing up. They advised car would be with us 30/45 mins. We only had hand luggage after 1 hr car still didn't arrive, I called them again - they answered straight away this time !!!!! To be told another 15 to 20 mins they would be with us. Standing outside in the cold at 1.30am isn't fun. We were 2 adults and thankfully no elderly or babies with us. Terrible customer service WON'T use them again. Car eventually turned up, we drove off then realised as its keyless it wasn't our key !!!!!!!! Complete disaster

I would never use this company again, I booked 3 weeks of parking, but sadly had to cancel the trip, when my wife became seriously ill, even though I cancelled 27 days before my arrival date, I was not even offered a partial refund, thankfully every other company I had booked with were far more understanding and refunded me in full, i also had to email and then phone twice to get any response from this woeful company Sampson

Used the company Bristolpark and fly for our holiday June 14-29. Extremely pleased! Our driver met us in the secure carpark at 12.00 as per the booking and took us to departure drop off. We received a texto when our plane landed to remind us to contact our driver. We phoned him once we had collected our luggage and he confirmed he would meet us in 4 minutes in a red galaxy. This is by far the best transfer service we have experienced and we will use them each time we fly from Bristol.
