If I could give them zero star | would, I put a review up and the agent Bella Edward's called me to ask me if I thought the review I put up with mean I get my e-ticket, baring in mind the process started in June and I still have no ticket. She is very rude and unprofessional and does not explain process to you, when you call her she says she will call back and never does. I have completely finished paying my ticket and yet I still have no e-ticket, plus she charged me extra aside the cost she had initially discussed with me. Still no ticket and she is now avoiding my calls. It had to take me ringing again to speak to the manager for me to get my ticket, thank you Mr Shaw.
