⁸Do not order their product. Very unprofessional. They will not send your order until half a year. They will always state your account is on hold because of the 30 dollar weekly payment didn't clear, which is a lie. They secretaries are rude and are over privileged with talking smack over the phone. They take conversations as personal conversations then block your account and until this day after 3 months, I still haven't received the fake veneers although they continue to take 30 dollars each week. At this point of total pricing 2400.00, I owe now a lil over 1500.00. They have received 900.00 so far from me. The hefty down payment plus the weekly fees. They still will not send the product. I also bought their fake 150.00 2 year Insurance policy for the teeth. I feel that will not go smooth if and when I have to use it. This company needs to be reported to the BBB. They will not refund your money even if it's immediately after your order. What a bad company and I hope the government shuts them down. The secretaries act as if it's their company. Just poor trash!

This company will steal your money if you are not careful! Whether it’s your impressions aren’t good enough or in my case I was not able to send my impressions back. I payed half the bill was sent a kit I did the impressions and tried to send them back but they were returned to me by the usps which I found very disappointing. Unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to go to another state and was unable to try to resend them, so I contacted the company trying to explain my situation and asked if I could get a refund because I would not be able to send in the impressions in time due to my family emergency. They would not refund me even though all they had done was send the impression kit which I would have paid for that ,but instead I ended up paying the full price for the veneers I never received because they took the other half of the payment!! My husband tried to dispute the payment but it was taken anyway. I have proof of my payment. I payed for the product so I tried to get ahold of the company awhile after because I had finally got the courage to try to stand up for my right…I bought and paid for the product I wanted to try to see if they at least will let me finish the process…. NOPE!! I called and the lady who answered was extremely rude had no compassion and wouldn’t even take a moment to try to understand my situation. I told her on my account on their website it shows I payed for the veneers , but She said they will not do business with me because my husband disputed the transaction they made on our bank account but they ended up getting the money anyway! So they took my money and I got no product oh and also she deleted my account on their website as soon as I got off the phone with her that was fishy. But luckily I took pictures of it all before hand. I think stealing people’s money and having petty consumer service while your running a business is very unprofessional.
Don’t take the risk people because it is an expensive risk.

I just found this. I wish I had seen it before I wasted thousands of dollars on this product five years ago. Do not buy this! I have two sets of the crappy veneers sitting in my bathroom medicine cabinet as a reminder the stupid things we choose to do for vanity. Every time I took these things out, they weakened my teeth because they were so tight I complained and they gave me another pair that was worse within a year all of my teeth were falling out and I had to have them all removed at 41 years old here I am at 45 now having to figure out how to afford dental implants looking in Turkey for something that had I done more research. I could’ve got my teeth done nicely for as much as I spend on these dumb veneers. please please please don’t fall for this. They will destroy your teeth. They never give you your money back and you were left with flimsy dangerous covers on your teeth’s

The finished product (veneers) looked great and fit well .I would tell anyone ordering this product to follow the directions for impression, ask questions
from customer service and be patient with the process. As someone who had angst with it, I was very pleased .

I would have give zero star I'm on fixed income and decided to improve my smile and went with Billverneer middle set and paid extra 123.00 I tk on top of over 2000 for them.I waited over mth to get them had them two day had to send back they had defects and worn holes in them and they never added the extra gloss I paid for and wrong shade.So second remake I waited for weeks and then got pushed further because a influx in orders I understnd if it was the original order but not a remake and have me wait so over all was rt at 6 mths total start to finish with remake.I get the second pair and they very bulky as the first pair wasn't and the they too have worn spots in them and the extra glaze I paid on top for is now coming off.So I called they were well what do u wash them in according to them u can use anything.But I use soft gentle brush.so anyways I called them sevel times now they want over 100.00 to redue them I dont have this kind of money with being on disability.So they can't help me unless I pay whatever it was tk around 100.00 plus these things wasn't cheap over 2000.00 they should help.They are very very rude and just got me so I'm stuck and I've since stoped payments now it's gonna be on my credit but I refuse to pay for this mess I can't even wear now.They just to bulky as the first pair wasn't like this.So now I'm stuck and still have bad smile because can't afford to get implants or anything.I hate make this post but I'm stuck no money to fix and still have a bad smile so upset.tks wayne

Well basically Brighter image has NO INTEREST IN LETTING YOU PAY OFF THE REMAINING BALANCE AND IF THERE IS A COLLECTOR THEY WILL NOT CONTACT YOU FOR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT. INSTEAD THEY DESTROY YOUR CREDIT AND IF YOU CONTACT THEM THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER OF RESOLVE ANY BALANCE ISSUES AT ALL . THEY CAN CARE LESS AND HAVE NO INTEREST. I ALMOST THINK THEY ARE DESIGNED TO DAMAGE PEOPLES CREDIT. I WANT TO PAY OFF THE RENAINING TOTAL AND I AM BEING REJECTED. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRIGHTER IMAGE AT ALL . BUYER BEWARE . I MADE A BIG MISTAKE WHEN I DECIDED TO WANT TO DO ANY BUISNESS WITH THIS COMPANY. WHY NOT LET ME PAY THE REMAINING BALANCE???? I THINK NOT TAKING MY MONEY IS A LITTLE STRANGE.

Very bad customer service the cancel my order us they did not like I had discount code told me reorder another way was told the code would work the change the discount code and cancel the one I had even tho the promise I be able to use the extremely rude make you feel bad about your self the don’t care about the customers at all Shane us the product look amazing

Brighter image lab uses MSC DEVELOPMENT AS THEIR FINANCE COMPANY. Both companies have very poor customer service. They both use email as their main form of communication. They are both very unprofessional with an “I don’t care attitude”. Once you sign the contract there is ”No changing your mind” even if the veneers or casting of the teeth can’t be completed, or if they can’t read your molds. You are stuck with the financing because you signed the contract. My suggestion is simple use another company. CONSUMER BEWARE. Read the BBB reviews and do your homework. BRIGHTER IMAGE LAB IS NOT A SCAM THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND REFER YOU TO MSC DEVELOPMENT WHOM WILL SIMPLY TELL YOU ABOUT THE CONTRACT YOU SIGNED. So the best advice is don’t use this company.

Perfect fit second time customer have had my first set for almost 3 years and they were still good just got color stained over time please make the choice and get these

As a former client of Brighter Image Lab, I feel obligated to share my experience to help others make an informed decision. Unfortunately, their customer service is consistently poor, and communication with clients is even worse.

I first did business with them several years ago and had issues then with slow responses and a lack of updates. I hoped things had improved, so when I recently received a promotional email offering a special deal on their veneers for returning clients, I decided to give them another chance.

After making the purchase, I waited two weeks without receiving the impression kit that was supposed to be mailed. I also received no updates regarding the status of my order, despite having paid for shipping upfront. I left multiple voicemail messages and submitted two support tickets—but received no response. To make matters worse, I couldn’t log into my account to track my order or get help.

Eventually, I reached someone in customer service who informed me that my account had been closed and my money refunded. When I asked why, they said it was because I had filed a complaint the first time I worked with them. In other words, if you express dissatisfaction with their product or service, they may close your account entirely.

This is not how a reputable business should treat its customers. Based on both past and recent experiences, I strongly advise against doing business with Brighter Image Lab.

So I contacted writer image Labs about getting pop on veneers and my experience was great. I had no issues. I however did not go through with it because of finances at the time. However I'm not going to be ignorant and write some ridiculous meritless review based on things that don't matter. I see reviews here saying that because they didn't get a call back they want 50% off or else they're going to write bad reviews. I just can't believe that people would go to these lengths. It is pretty crazy to me to be honest. There are mistakes made we are all human. There are very strict instructions on the impression kit and not everyone does it right and that's okay. On the other side there's people that don't like their job and it happens. Is that okay when you're spending money? No but it happens. To write an entire review a bad review at that based off of such ridiculous context is absolutely unfathomable. These reviews that are negative most of them are senseless and I wouldn't even pay any mind to them. I would have my own experience. As a matter of fact if I had the full amount of what was necessary to get these pop-on veneers I would get it this second regardless of the negative reviews. Make your own choice. Don't always go by what everybody else says. They don't show up for one of the best for no reason.

I have horrible teeth, and am a disabled Engineer..So I can’t afford to buy the Bil Veneers. So I did a video and was accepted to have a free pair made..Because honestly I was in my early 50’s and finally wanted to return to the workforce, but my teeth are horrible and I couldn’t go to an interview looking like.I STILL DO..I was also a Part-Time Firefighter and suffer from Extreme PTSD… so I tried to do the impressions but my hands were unsteady..They kept getting rejected…I had done 4 tries and I called to say I had a dentist setup for the next set, which I WAS TOLD I WOULD RECEIVE…I never did, and when I contacted them, I got some VERY RUDE WOMAN who said that the “people upstairs “ had decided to move on from me..I begged them, and was told the same thing..I asked if I could talk with a manager or someone from “upstairs”..I was rudely told..the decision has been made, we wish you luck in your journey for a better smile..BUT THIS WAS MY LAST HOPE, and I was refused the opportunity to talk to someone with more authority..So now I’m 58, and my career clock has just about expired… In reality, it has expired, because Brigjter Image Labs just brushed me aside..At first I was so ecstatic, happy, in tears…And they crushed my dream..I’m DISABLED, and I was willing to go back to work, or at least try..So all the 6 years of schooling and a couple decades of experience, all went down the drain… And with my PTSD… acquired from all the truly horrible multi casualty auto accidents…I was on the verge of..well doing something horrible to myself..I even offered to pay for any additional impression kits, which I was promised..ONE MORE OVER THE PHONE.. but they tore it away from me..and management didn’t have the guts to talk to me personally..Just a VERY RUDE woman, who could of had some compassion…so no 6 figure job for me ever again, I barely get 1/6th of what I made and could be making, and eventually I lost my house…I TELL EVERYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS LYING COMPANY..They gave me hope..THEN DESTROYED IT..with just a “good luck” and refusal to talk to higher management ..I will forever be ungrateful and despise this company..I Volunteered my life, to SAVE OTHERS… and this company showed me NO RESPECT. To H@LL with Bil and his horribly run company..I would wish them failure, but that’s not me..I WONT SINK TO THEIR LOW LEVEL!!! This happened a while ago...I finally got the courage to speak out!

Please avoid them scammer alert this company and finance company is a piece of ....Bill you said you wore the best in the field That's a lie I'm so disappointed in the service they provided to many under the table fees that they don't tell you about bogus contracts to bind you to owe them thousands for the product you haven't even received $149 down is BS they charge you $195 and then turn around and charge you $149 and then turn around and hit you the next week for a $30 payment you got to be kidding me if they don't send me my money back I'am going to blast them on every social media platform and if I have to I will file a small claims against their company this is ridiculous I haven't even received my KIT Like what Am I paying you for !!! and on top of that you never can talk to anybody That's not rude about your situation and I had to shut my bank account down cuz they kept trying to withdraw funds that I did not approve you all better send me my money back in a check in the mail 🗣️ they are scammers stay away 🚨🚨🚨

My story goes back several years but the same thing happened to
Me they took my money sent me the impression kit. 4 separate occasions they said the kit I sent back was unusable . On the fifth attempt i paid a local dentist 200.00 to do professional impressions with the kit . Sure enough brighter image rejected the impressions again as a courtesy the dentist called them in my behalf they hung up on him then refused my phone calls and emails. That was 2017 I never spoke to them again nor was I refunded a total of 1400.00. I told them whenever I saw any. Reviews in would tell me story . They then responded sayijng they would sue me . Here I am brighter image. Your theives and cons buyer beware !!

I couldn’t even get a response back from them ! I filled out all the info they needed and they didn’t even give me the respect of call back , Anyway reading some of the reviews I’m happy I didn’t get involved with this incompetent company. And unless they get in touch with me with at least a 50% discount, I’m forever going to give them a bad review !! I guess I’m not good enough for your company.

PLEASE AT ALL COST AVOID THIS COMPANY. I have been going back and forth with their finance team For months. They won’t offer me a refund, but offer me an early payout I responded to their initial offer but a week later they offer me another early payout price $700 more. I am now stuck in this hole with a horrible company paying for services I will never receive. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Omg very misleading and very hard to deal with the customer service is Terrible worst of the worst. They pray on ppl who have "Hard Smiles" or unpleasant smiles they talk to you any kind of way. Please read. a few months ago i was excited to give them a shot, I applied wanted to apply for financing and shortly after they took a down payment but here's the catch it was more Hidden fees attached to the contract. So after being annoyed with the "MSC DEVP Company"-Their 3rd party finance team for just wanting to take payments whenever they want instead of doing it immediately I requested a refund and boy was it a hassle. The brighterlab team called me frustrated because i made some comments under a post on their YouTube channel, and they "Threaten me"-Told me apart of the contract which it is NOT.-that they would terminate the contract and keep my money and no refund will be given if I make any future bad remarks(which again it was about their finance team NOT Brighter lab)-The lady Kaylin who called wanted to be aurgumenative at first however I politely said just refund me my money and they did I received refund about 2 days later. The only reason they did is because they seen I had 2 social media pages with a medium following and were afraid of any potential backlash so they took no risk and refunded me. I say that to say this go else where I gave them a 2nd chance and they still can't be clear in there contracts or communicative. Smh DO NOT DO IT.

TRUST the 1-star Reviews:

From a Veteran: called brighter image 30 days before buying. Explained that I do not have teeth on my 3 sides of my mouth AND that I cannot chew food due to missing teeth. The CSR person told me they would send full mouth veneers- meaning veneers would allow me to chew food. brighter image did not do this. They sent the lower veneer with ONLY ONE extra tooth that would set next to my teeth. NOT a full lower mouth piece like the sent the upper veneer. Again, with the lower veneer I still could not chew food. Had 1 missing tooth front lower center- the lower veneer was cut way too short and food went right through it. The lower veneer did not fit right. The upper veneer would NOT stay in place and actually fell off my upper front teeth. I called many times and no employee would help me until I got the almighty Shelly at brighter image.
BI sent me a postcard to fill out to where to send. I added mu updated address. The company mailed my kit to an old address even though I sent the correct post card with my kit to where to ship. After months waiting on them to figure what happened…. They found the issue (they shipped to old address and NOT postcard address).
Again, neither veneers would work properly. NO ONE has EVER sent me 1 email on a warranty. Go to Dentist with accountability & support.
Their camera icon on Homepage failed to allow me to upload pics of my teeth. After a dozen calls/emails…. I pleaded with the angry Shelly for her to upload my pics into my File. That failed. Called about 6 times with that exact issue and 1 kind person walked me through the site to load my photos. NOT the camera icon on homepage. When AMX contacted Shelly at bi- she TOLD them I never returned the veneers. WOW. What deception. Again- both veneers failed and NO warranty here.
Here I am now 1 year later and zero response on fixing these two veneers. NOT 1 email to say bi would warrant my $1300 investment. Yeah FLEE to a local dentist.
Finally, I asked AMX to do a charge back. Same day I shipped two veneers to the angry Shelly at brighter image and she blocked my account and told AMX that I destroyed them. What DECEPTION shell. I did not get. My $1300+ nor new veneers. The power-tripper Shell told me they would sue. Me for $7500 if I did a charge back and that its HIDDEN in the very fine print. All I needed was my $1300+ or working veneers. I have neither. Also, I sent 11 proof documents that I shipped to bi. ZER. WHY would I destroy if I wanted my $1300 or veneers? response. NONE.
I cannot chew and during the process was told many times bi would create a full mouth piece (2). DECEPTION for me. I am beyond such betrayal by a US company. I will be ending my life very soon- 1 reason I cannot chew food. Chunks of food have destroyed my stomach. This is how shelly at brighter image treats a US Veteran. I think Bil did a decent job on my veneers except they are too big. There people that answer the phone for Brighter image lab isn't very nice at all. Terrible customer service that's so unfortunate.
